“I usually stop by Foosackly’s in Semmes on Fridays after a sport event, football, baseball, basketball and enjoy a salad and some tenders with my wife. Last Friday, after getting home, I found that the tenders were a little over cooked resulting in a rock hard batter which was uncomfortable to bite or chew. My wife called and spoke to Ethan the manager and he quickly offered a gift card equal to our charge so that we can get our Friday night game Foo on our next visit. After a mixup with the email, Ethan was true to his word and sent the card directly to our email. Ethan was absolutely wonderful to my wife and did everything that a business should do to keep customers coming back. Thank you Ethan…. We’ll see you Friday night.“

“I didn't use the bathroom but everything seemed clean. I've never been here before but on a whim thought I should try it out. Service was swift and polite. I got the deluxe which has cheese. It was hot and the lettuce and tomato were fresh. The cheese was sorta tossed on without much respect (someone doesn't love their work), so some of it started to melt. It was priced reasonably for the time. The chicken wasn't dry, but it certainly wasn't moist. There was no mayo or sauce which didn't help. For my taste, it was too salty. Overall, it was ok, but maybe I'm just not a fried chicken sandwich guy.“

“I went there when they had the bogo for mother's Day and my dad fell in love with their pimento and cheese so I went back the Friday before father's day weekend, cause what do you get a man that buys his own stuff before anyone else can. I love the food especially my 2 favorites, jalapeno pimento and cheese and the dill pickle chicken salad. I love the polite and efficiency of the staff and it's always clean. “First time I visited and I will go again. The Jill pickle (not a miss spell) is really good on white. Apparently you could go with it as a dip with crackers, white or wheat bread, or a croissant. The sides where hard to choose between but I went with pasta which was fine but next time I'll try one of the others. I'm not a big o n dessert but the cookies are good. The people are uber nice and the place is cute...almost like a sitting room. Don't forget to read the sayings in either the men's or ladies room.“

“We used the drive thru so we didnt use the dinning room, restrooms, or play yard.
The chicken nuggets (fried) were great.
Plenty of sauces to choose from. They have a few new SUMMER SPECIAL DRINKS. different lemonaids. Teas and so forth.
The mulitiple drive thru lanes and personel out side taking your orders and payments really speeds things thru.
The parking differs at each individual store.
Some are easier than others to get in and out of.
Theres handicapped parking and restrooms.
We purchased a 30 piece nugget box . 3 large drinks and a fry and spent around $30“

“Hart's Fried Chicken 🍗 is the best chicken joint in Mobile to Me and they're cole slaw is Bustin. I'm from Georgia and my first time eating there I was hooked with they're strawberry soda and sweet tea. You can get they're Chicken Regular, Spicy, or Crispy is the Best to Me“

“We planned a stop here on our roadtrip specifically for the play place we thought it had. It does NOT have a playground. This restaurant has been remodeled to remove the playground. They do have some games and coloring stuff for kids but not what we needed/ planned for our energetic toddler. The service was fabulous and the food was as expected but the information for this location needs to be updated.“

“1) Bun on the spicy chicken sandwich was a bit thin and slushy, like a McDonald's bun. Fries were really good, especially the seasoning. 2) Grilled chicken sandwich was really good, aside from the same bun, fries were good, but a bit salty. Milkshake was really good.“
