“The Fort Payne Sonic ”IS” the best Sonic!! I have tried other Sonic drive-Ins, but have been disappointed at most all of them! The Folks at Sonic in Fort Payne always try their best to make your food and visit a pleasant experience. If you have an issue, tell them they will do their very best to make things right.. While the whole world has been closed in someway the last 18 months due to the covid virus, Sonic Fort Payne has been open taking care of their Customers, I should know I visit often!!! Great Folks! “I was told to wait at the drive through speaker to hear them call back my mobile (app) order. However, it aas raining pretty bad so after the order flashed on the screen, I wait a minute or so and pulled forward. This is because I was getting drench from the rain and if I rolled up my window I would not be able to hear them anyway. At the window, the young lady told me I could not get order bc I was supposed to wait at the speaker for them to call it back. After I reminded her of the rain and explained she repeated herself. I told her to forget my order and left. I didn't need it repeated back. I ordered on the app. Will NOT eat at this location again! They need to use common sense!“

“My wife likes their salads so we stopped while on a road trip. She ordered the fried chicken house salad and I ordered house salad with grilled chicken. My wife said she would give the food a 4, but I am more inclined to give it a 3.

Th salads, they call them them Zalads, are mostly lettuce with pieces of chicken, cheese, and crispy onion straws on top. And oh, there is also the occasional bit of cucumber tomato, and purple cabbages in it as well. I thought that the lettuce wasn’t very crisp.“

“The two people behind the counter were not very friendly. Seemed like we were disturbing them. But it was approaching closing time. Sandwiches were good. I always ask for the sweet onion dressing. I was not impressed that the recipe has been changed. Definitely not as good as before. The original I could drink! Bring it back please!“
