“10 out of 10!! I will choose Dutch bros any day over Starbucks. This team went above and beyond. We ordered a horchata chi and forgot to say strawberry so when we asked at the window if it already had strawberry in it they let us know that it was a different drink and it would be a quick fix. They took care of us even though it was our mistake and everyone has such great personalities and the hospitality is out of this world.“

But one thing, I guess I can share the responsibility, but I was so happy with the fast paced service and customer service I pulled out got on the freeway and didn't have a straw for my smoothie. Nitpicking comment here -> You may want to put up some sound absorbant panels towards the backend of the classroom area to help mitigate some of the echo and make the instructor slightly easier to hear. Heidi did a great job of projecting, the room just made it slightly echoey in the back.“
