Alex was very nice to me, and helped me along the way! Eli was the BEST at making my Pizza Sub! That location is a lot better than most locations in Huntsville, including the one that is down the street from the old Grissom High School! 7900 Bailey Cove Road SE Suite D Huntsville, AL 35802 That location made my brother Ryan sick! Beware of that one! This location accepts coupons. They’re not open on holidays, but for everyone on base, it’s a day off! It’s a benefit for all government employees! The other issue, is that motif on the back wall that is fake.“

“We ordered two trays online (1 toasted and 1 cold) thinking that “toasted” would be warm/steamed like in the restaurant. When I picked them up, the bread was toasted and then put in the cooler. When I explained what I had wanted, David was more than willing to accommodate me but told me I’d have to wait about 15 minutes. I totally understood that, but he insisted on giving me a gift card to make up for my wait. Cameron set about remaking the tray of subs using steamed meat and cheese! “Although I haven't been there much lately ,this is by far the best Subway restaurant I have been to. It's close to home maybe a 1/4 mile away. Got turned off from Subway on Martin Road behind the airport in Madison as a complete rip off but as close to work but another story as don't like being ripped off as not running a charity here. One off of Drake and the parkway kind of skipped and asked for tips .Either way the South parkway Subway loaded my sandwich down and I didn't starve to death like some of the others. This Subway is the best, as not running a charity here. They are honest, give you what you pay for and respect you. It's hard to eat under the current administration, but this Subway always makes the subs like on the commercials or atleast close, most don't and rip you off. Ran by good people who probably need business but do the right thing and don't rip you off like the other Subways I have visited. I love this place, you get what you pay for here!!“

“The ABSOLUTE BEST Subway in Huntsville! Nice decor, clean throughout, food great! But the greatest thing about this Subway, is the people!!! Well trained, they give great suggestions, willing to help but most of all, they greet you with a big smile and are so pleasant! I am gluten sensitive and can't do a lot of bread, but this is my go to for all things veggie! A salad, wrap or sandwich (I just leave the bread)!“

“Was not very happy about my chicken salad sandwich. Both bread and chicken salad were very dry. Very hard to eat with out having to take a drink with every bite. Flavor was OK. Might try it again, but will look at chicken salad before ordering to see how dry it is.“

“This is the best sub sandwich u can get people I know they don't have as much bread choices like there competitor but it's taste is spot on. “*** 1/10/24 Update: I stopped by this Subway after the remodel was complete, the people are still nice but be mindful that the meat and cheese section has a metal cover ovet it, so you cannot see what they are putting on your sandwich. One of the sandwiches I ordered was a turkey and the person who ate that sandwich stated that there was turkey and salami on the sandwich (not what they ordered and not something they normally eat) so they ended up getting ill. Because this location has this barrier that is not typical for a Subway I do not think I will be returning to this location.

This Subway was in the middle of a remodel when I went in. The staff was super nice, the food was fresh, and the store looks and feels clean.“

“The manager Matt is incredible, he truly has made such a difference in the Madison location, I have loved firehouse for years but the previous management and staff at this location ruined it completely for me from their bad attitudes to the way the subs tasted. Since Matt has been there my family started going back to firehouse because of how much things have changed for the better, the quality of food and service is exceptional. We’re so happy Matt is there and we’re so thankful for him.“

I ordered a gluten free sandwich for my lunch when I was in a hurry and went in to pick up the sandwich, they did not have gluten free bread in spite of still taking the order. Finally, she came back and personally spoke to me and said to call the next day for her to COMP lunch for me.. She not only did it for myself but for my family. I was so impressed with how much she actually cared me driving down there previously to obtain a order that they could not fulfill.
