“Been eating at The Ark for as long as I can remember. Some of my earliest childhood memories were coming in with my grandparents on Friday nights. Stopped in yesterday for lunch and while the catfish was as good as always and the service was excellent, we were all disappointed to find that they have changed hushpuppies. I HATE onions and one of the things I always loved about The Ark was that their hushpuppies had no onions. When we sat down yesterday, we immediately ordered a dozen (as we always do) but when we got them they had onion in them. As much as we enjoy eating there, I can get good catfish without driving over an hour to The Ark so the hushpuppies were the main reason we came. I guess we are done unless they go back to the recipe I have eaten for nearly 50 years.“

The prices were good, the atmosphere was good, it was a lunch time on saturday, so they had football going
Everybody there that I met was really nice and kind and the waitress and waiter did their jobs really good. There was a couple of times where you know we were looking for somebody and couldn't find anybody.. my wings were hot so, I couldn't find anybody when I needed a refill, but it's no big deal I mean they were just right around the corner.

Really great place and they got stuff going on it seems like all the time!
Definitely try this place out

Parking: I wouldn't suggest you park right in front because you'd have to back out towards the highway. But they do have both sides of the building where you're able to park. I wouldn't suggest personally parking directly in front of the front door because that would mean you'd have to back out and the road is directly behind you... Normally cars are parked on both sides of you so you couldn't see the backup

So park on the side, either side of the building would be your safest bet. They've got a lot of great things going on here, so just keep in the back of your mind that people do drink and you don't need to park or be where somebody could possibly drink too much and want to drive and you be in the way of that LOL..“

“The best thing is the fresh Milo’s Tea on tap! The food was fresh and tasty. The burgers are cooked perfectly. The chicken tenders, nuggets, and sandwich have a good taste and flavor to them. They are freshly made and have good breading. The fries are amazing, especially with the double-o sauce! The service was quick, employees were friendly, and the restaurant was clean inside and out. Definitely recommend!“
