“Grew up in Scottsboro so Cups is very familiar to me. Was in town visiting and dropped by 2/15/25.

Last time I went I was really disappointed in the espresso. But they said that they have been working on the machine and it is tasting a lot better! I asked for a recommendation and Anna Leigh made me a delicious caramel macchiato.

Anna Leigh and Miley were working and were phenomenal!! They are so sweet and their customer service is just above and beyond. The food was also lovely, as always.

“Stopped thru on a trip- had to brew my midnight joe so it was so fresh. All 3 of our drinks were perfect.
The workers were super kind and cleaning when we came in although there were no customers- lets you know that they care about their place of employment and were willing to work although they had no current customers. Will definitely be back in the future“

“I went to pick up a doordash and I ended up waiting about 30 minutes bc come to find out they had not even started it because their computers were messed up. I finally asked about it and one of the managers pulled it up on her iPad and apologized and got the order ready after that. As are a lot of places in Scottsboro I think they stay short-handed.“
