“It has been a 3 year running joke that Captain D's is one of the best restaurants in Scotsbourough. My girlfriend's family is always suggesting I go. I have resisted the whole time. I was very impressed by the quality of the food I received, but also by the way they made you feel in these times of Coronavirus. Well done Captain D's, well done!“

“I like Hardee’s breakfast but they have changed their gravy and it’s bland, no sausage! Also, they’ve gone back to 11:00 cut off for breakfast!“

“Food made fresh to order not held under heat lamps“

“I just wanted to say the little red haired girl with glasses running the front register is an absolute treasure! She’s worth 5 times whatever you’re paying her for personality alone. She’s the star of the show at Jack’s Fyffe Alabama for sure and if she left the customers would certainly miss her.“

“Usually love Sonic, get a frozen refresher there all the time since I first tried one. Only I have to take it home and mix it up unless I want to drink the 2 inches of thick puree at the bottom that doesn’t ever get mixed in. Usually not a problem except today I’m throwing it out. Also received an Ultimate Meat and Cheese burrito today with and ate it to find no meat whatsoever in it so there’s that. Service is always great but damn, out of 20 frozen refreshers I’ve ordered, only maybe 2 were mixed together and didn’t just have puree on the very bottom to choke on.“

“So I eat here nearly every time I am in the area…approximately four times a year. The pizza is always good and the restaurant fairly clean. When I arrived on my most visit, the hostess loudly reminded me and everyone else that the buffet did not begin until 11am. I’ve been patronizing Pizza Hut buffets for over 20 years and I am WELL aware of the start time. I arrive early to beat the crowd. Again, the food was fine, although there was a very short supply of pan pizza on the bar. I’ll be back, and most likely about 10:50 am again.“

“Awesome. Short line, Incredible service, got my food in under 5 minutes. and the fries are just, chefs kiss.“

“Fresh, tasty and good portions. I love the bowls. We’ll definitely go back.“

“I ordered my meal on the app. It was very user friendly and thorough. The app stated my order would be ready in 10 minutes but I got there in around 7 and my order was ready and fresh. I didn’t go inside but the employee at the drive through had a great attitude and was friendly. 😊“

“I love this place. They have fast service and delicious food. I have three Taco Bell‘s that I can go to, but I choose to drive an hour to this Taco Bell because they’re Chalupa’s are always fresh. And the chicken is delicious. I can’t say that for the other Taco Bell. Around me“

“I DoorDash on the side And every time I get an order from McDonald’s in Rainsville Alabama, their service is so wonderful. I rarely have to wait. The workers are so respectful and I would like to recognize one worker named Ayana. She went above and beyond today to make sure my order was correctly, sealed, correct and delivered timely. Thank y’all for your amazing service 🫶“

“The customer service was out of this world. Very nice and helpful. All smiles, veggies look and tasted great! I explained to your man that I haven't ate in 2 days due to a diet and he made sure to tell to make sure I eat the whole protein bowl. I will say that the staff made my day just a little better!!! If I could give them 10 Stars I would!!“

“Ordered a double smasher at 9:30 am because I didn't want breakfast food. Sonic is full menu all day fyi; however, most employees for this conglomerate only get paid minimum wage. So they grumpy. But it was good and fresh way to go whoever works am on the line in Rainsville, AL.“

“Kathy is an asset to your company. She was absolutely wonderful to us and seems like yall were short handed and she made sure we had everything we needed. Food was great and the restaurant clean. Thank you. My sister was down visiting from Missouri and they dont have Krystal where they live and this is their first time having it. Kathy and your line cook made the visiting very pleasant. If yall see this, you're appreciated!!!“

“I went to pick up a doordash and I ended up waiting about 30 minutes bc come to find out they had not even started it because their computers were messed up. I finally asked about it and one of the managers pulled it up on her iPad and apologized and got the order ready after that. As are a lot of places in Scottsboro I think they stay short-handed.“

“I have not eaten at a Burger King in more than 10 years due to dietary and health concerns. However, when I did eat there years ago, I certainly do not remember the fare being as delicious as the food I was served today!

First of all, the restaurant was impeccably clean, both inside and out. The entire staff was doing “Burger King things” rather than shucking and jiving behind the counter. Their customer service skills were without equal, with words like “please” and “thank you” being used liberally. Their attire was clean and neat.

I did have to wait a few minutes for my food, but it was well worth it! When I opened the bag, the food was hot, tasty, well presented, and obviously prepared with care. That is a refreshing change from the many hamburgers you receive through drive-thrus that look as though they have been run over by a bus!

I was truly impressed. Yes, I know it is “only a Burger King,” but this is a well-run and well-managed restaurant. Dare I say it should be the flagship for the entire nation and perhaps even the global franchise.

Great job training and developing people who understand what SERVICE and QUALITY really means.

I am sure the King (RIP), would be happy. I know I was.

Thank you!“

“Zaxby's never disappoints... Very satisfied with my visit today. There was a small issue with our order in the drive thru I ended up needing to speak to a manager. We will most definitely be back.“
