“The food was good except the biscuits were like hockey pucks. The problem I had with it was that it wasn't hot. I did a curbside pickup and went straight home from the restaurant, and the food was cold so that makes me think it was sitting there for a while waiting to be picked up. I actually arrived at the time it said the pickup would be ready, but I believe it was ready way before that time.“

“got the pulled pork sandwich. meat had ZERO flavor and was as dry as boomer humor. the seasoning sauce was water scared with garlic powder. potato salad was disrespectfully disgusting. banana pudding was watery and the bananas were black. green beans were dumped from a can and had less seasoning than printer paper. Mac and cheese was essentially just pasta in a cheese water sauce and the atrocity of what they dare to call sweet tea was an insult to all southerners. get a better staff too. they carried a conversation and it was quite clear they wanted to keep talking when I was approaching. the lady at the pickup register talked over me and was obviously annoyed to be at work.“

“We decided to try this place tonight and it was a good experience. We both had the burger and it was pretty good. The fries and onion rings were ok, nothing special. The cheese bites were delicious. The prices were really good and that’s what saved the experience for us. If it had been more expensive I would be disappointed.“

“In my opinion, today’s food was awful. My grill quarters that I purchased as a take home meal was still pink on the inside as if it was rushed on the grill. They were out of a few items on menu. Lastly, what makes the taste of the chicken is the sauce that wasn’t even placed in the bag. I have had better but it was something about today. However, my son’s ribs in his opinion were burnt and just wasn’t good. I will return in hopes that the food is better.“

“I am in Mobile for business and had an early start. The 2 outstanding people that were working at 4:45 am on Thursday morning on 9/25/2025 were amazing! Service 6 out of 5 stars, food well I wish all of the waffle houses cared this much and the entertainment and laughs. I truly needed that. I thank you both!!! I wish I knew their names. “We were very impressed on Thanksgiving Day with all the hardworking staff! We really respected the manager for holding his ground and made a couple wait for the rest of their party (of 5) to get there before they could be seated. He was very professional and polite to the couple. I expected the atmosphere to be a nightmare but it was the opposite. The staff cleaned in between tables and maintained a pleasant and fun attitude. We definitely will be back!“

When I mentioned it, the waitress recommended a similar dish already on the menu, showing she truly cared about her customers. I’ll definitely be back to try it next time!“

“Staff is polite and food is usually good. I've had this several times now and it is pretty consistent. Burgers are always tasty, as are the fries and custard products. My only slight complaint is the cheese curds are salty. I've tried twice now and they are just too salty. They are still edible but I end up having to share them because I can't finish them because of it. I think I'll ask if they salt them when they come out and ask them not to.
Either way it's a good option and I'd compare them to somewhere like Steak and Shake, Culver's, or Dairy Queen to give you an idea of the menu items.“
