“Between the inconsistent food and sitting in the small drive-thru line for 30 minutes this morning I'm just gonna drive to the highway location and save myself time and a headache. Complaint #2 - I get you have to train workers that's everywhere. But when you ignore people at the counter inside till the line backs up to the door that's unacceptable. I ordered a Sausage Biscuit and Grits. It took them well over 5 minutes just to get me my food after I waited the same amount of time just to place my order. The drive through line was faster. Get some workers that actually care about the food and customers cause right now I don't think anyone at the place does.“

“I don't know who that new black manager is but he means business. I don't normally do McDonald's orders when I door dash but if I do is only when I know he's there. Because he right up there waiting on his door dashers to come in and that lets me know that they should have someone dedicated on the front just for those orders cause alot of times the reason I don't take those orders is because there's not always someone up there in the front and the wait time is crazy. But I like this guy.“

“I ordered online…. If the food is that amazing, I definitely cheated myself out of the full experience by not coming in! “Went around the drive through ordered and pulled around paid got my food in about two minutes. The server had a good personality. I pulled around parked and eat my food fell asleep. And I slept for probably six hours or more. I will definitely be eating there again“

“If you happen to be eating low carb, don't eat here unless you eat just a steak, or grilled chicken. Wish they had some low carb options. I didn’t want a baked potato but if you do, they don't have those. My steak was really good.“

“Tuesday August 23 We order from you guys every week, sometimes more often. Our food arrived 1 hour and 45 minutes later. The food was stone cold. Incorrect salad dressing, didn't bring the Sweet Tea we ordered and paid for. Folks we love your restaurant, but you have to do better than this“

“I really like Hardee's since they made changes to their menu. It can be a little pricey but they have deals all the time. Their breakfast is what I like best. The omelette biscuit is good and they brought back the cinnamon raisin biscuits which is delicious“

“Petersville location - I went in to order carry out, and Amanda took my order and got my food and drinks ready. I noticed that she has a disability but that didn't stop her from first even working but doing her job great! Give this girl a raise! God bless her and our food was delicious!
