“As far as I know, there are only two places in Saint Clair County that serve country ham with their breakfast. Those would be Cracker Barrel (not a fan) and Waffle House. (This was in Springville.)
This morning we ate at Waffle House and I had their country ham with eggs, hashbrowns, raisin toast and coffee.
My favorite waitress is Amanda (and then Jo). Joey the cook does a great job.
My plate was $13.25
My coffee was $2.50

“I had not been to a Sneaky Pete’s in at least 30 years, always had great food so working in the area I decided to stop.
WOW! SO GLAD I DID!
The ladies working there were SO sweet and nice, the food was as great as I remembered. This brings back great memories.
I got the loaded dog, it was too big for me to eat for lunch, a really fat sausage with special sauce, meat sauce, fries, jalapeños and cheese sauce with a side of fries and a drink.
It was messy but oh so tasty! Even though it is about 8 miles away I will definitely be coming back, not just for the food but the service as well.
Message to the owner, you need to keep those ladies at whatever it costs! Wish I had gotten names but the ladies working in 10/25/24 were great!“

“Had an awesome time with the best bartender in Trussville, Kristen. She is funny and makes the best drinks. Ask her to make you her famous purple drink. My first time trying it, and it's awesome! It was also a pleasure chatting with the manager Tiffany, she is hilarious too.“

“My wife and I have always been a good customer to Jax and I’ve been please with the food up until tonight. We had the worst chicken dinners we’ve ever received from any restaurant. The chicken was over cooked and did not appear to be fresh whatsoever. The biscuit was hard, the coleslaw was not fresh at all and we could not eat our dinners we’re very disappointed“

“My husband and I live in Tuscaloosa. We had to drive all the way to Gadsden to get an RV. We stopped by here on the way home and he ordered their Farmhouse burger and I ordered their 4 oz smash burger with Gouda cheese and crispy bacon! Let me tell you, best burgers we’ve ever had! If you are passing through Springville, stop by! 🤍“
