“Came through on our way to Tuscaloosa. My girls are in love with Cook Out so we had to stop. First thing we notice when walking in is how clean the restaurant was. Was probably the cleanest one we been in across Alabama. Hospitality was good also. Great service and quick service. Highly recommend stopping by.“

“I have never been to Jack's prior to this visit. I have been here three times in the last 2 days. I would like to give a special thank you to Brianna one of the young ladies who works here at the restaurant. She was very friendly,very professional and made this a great experience for myself and my husband. Most of the time when you go to fast food restaurants you rarely encounter people with great customer service skills. Brianna goes above and beyond to make sure that the customer is satisfied with the service received and with the food as well. I had never even heard of Jacks, but it has quickly become one of my favorite spots to eat here in Troy Alabama. Thank you Brianna for such great hospitality.“

“So happy to see this place in Troy! Enjoyed an excellent lunch there and looking forward to returning for happy hour sometime. The menu includes a variety of sandwiches and burgers, including some excellent vegetarian options, which is hard to find around here. We were given an entire "Beyond Meat" vegetarian sausage sandwich to sample on the house after we talked with the owner about it. Great appetizer selection; we ordered the jalapeno poppers, which were excellent. The owner told us there would be outdoor seating soon on the deck out back, which is another huge plus.“

“They did amazing on our food, got everything correct and everything tasted so good. I ordered the Honey Mustard Royal Chicken sandwich and my partner got a plain Whopper and they did his right, having just cheese and meat and they had everything on mine. The guy on the intercom was very nice and made sure we had everything ordered and the lady at the window was very professional! One of the best BKs I’ve been to! Everything was fresh. There was a bit of a wait, but it’s not the employees fault, there was just a lot of people. Timely for the circumstances, though! I’d give a four stars!“

“I want to share a very positive experience at Ruby Tuesday. On my last visit some time ago, I was disappointed with the food quality, but this time I decided to give the restaurant another chance — and I’m honestly still in shock.

My wife and I came in for dinner, and everything exceeded our expectations. The ribs and the ribeye steak were cooked divinely. The steak was incredibly juicy, perfectly seasoned, and cooked just right. The ribs were unbelievably tender — they literally melted in my mouth. Every bite was a real pleasure. Real Tendernism!

The service was outstanding as well. Our waitress was very sweet, attentive, and friendly, making us feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout the entire meal. On top of that, Lisa, the general manager, was incredibly kind and welcoming. She truly cares about the guests and the overall experience.

This visit completely changed my opinion of Ruby Tuesday. Amazing food, warm service, and a great atmosphere made our evening special. We’re very happy we gave it another chance and will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommended!“

“Had a problem with one worker there but only once and they generally get the food right MOST of the time but hey no ones perfect right?? It's good food decent service except they want you to use the computers to put your order in a lot of the time and I hate that. I go to a restaurant to get a person to take my order .... if I wanted a computer I would order online not go in store .... take out the computer mandatory self service and it could be 4 and a half star service“

“My family and I were driving through Troy and needed to make a pit stop for dinner and to use the restroom. We opted for the drive through since we were hoping to make it to central FL by midnight. I was blown away at how hot and fresh our food was. My husband and I both got a spicy chicken sandwhich meal and cheeseburger kids meals for the littles. Hands down the freshest Wendy’s we’ve ever visited! Bathrooms were clean as well.“
