Very bad customer service skills! I went in yesterday to order food and the cashier lied to me about a few things. I was told yesterday around 7 that it takes 45 mins to cook some chicken tenders and then told since they only had 2 employees left and one on break that they wouldn’t cook anymore! After going back and forth for a min, I just left because I was not about to pay that much money for old food they kept serving people when they know they close at 11! Jack's is the worst place to ever stop by to eat. I ordered a Blt and got 2 pieces of hard bread with bacon bits in between. I will never be back and would never recommend it to anyone. They should literally close.
Drive thru is full of vehicles but not taking orders dont come here
