“Super clean and tidy, food ordering is very fast as well as food delivery whether inside the restaurant or outside. They are quite advanced since they have to place orders both through the app and on the screens provided inside the establishment.“

“I went through the drive thru on 15th Street in Tuscaloosa. First time in a long time, it seems as if you have to wait your whole lunch break. The food was hot and fresh, and the smile you received was the bright your best. Thank McDonald's“

“Called and placed an order for my company as they were supplying our meals for the heavy work demand over the weekend. 20 Double doubles, 20 mcchickens, 20 fries and 40 nuggets. The crew at this location was on top of it when they were SLAMMED, I even left the entire bag of double doubles and they called me immediately as I was taking off to kindly let me know I'd forgotten 1/2 the order some how. 10 stars for the staff all day everyday. They were friendly, efficient and did a wonderful job on handling our large order with no notice. This was 10/11/24 @1215, lunch rush!“

“The service at this place is super fast and they serve customers very well, they keep the tables clean and they always ask you if everything is good? or if you need something, it's great something you see in these fast food places, very attentive people!“

“Food was about as good as you would expect. I think the manager took my order and brought my food out. Listen to her talk to customers and noticed it seemed she was pregnant and remember thinking wow what an amazing lady. Wish the were more like her. She was super polite and very professional. She had two employees on break refusing to go back to work and even though she was pregnant and from the sounds of it working multiple jobs she remained calm and professional while I was there. Lots of folks could learn from her will definitely visit again.“

The rest of the staff who had no reason to even glance my way with their busy selves all did so anyways and I got big bright GENUINE smiles all around. You guys brightened my morning!! Thank you so much!!! Oh yes and let me add that they were on top of all the numerous orders too!! Super fast service. Super busy in and out of store but had time to pay personal attention to me.
