Ordered a fish sandwich and waited in line 10 minutes only to be told when I got to the window that they were out of fish! Seriously after running my car and air at $5 a gallon for 10 minutes. WTH didn't you tell
This is really the only Popeyes I go to, and while the food is good, my biggest gripe is that they tend to be out of things in store when you order from the app. It's been an every time occurrence that I order all dark meat and end up getting a mixture without being told beforehand so I could cancel my order. Or I will order something with my rewards points, they'll be out of said item, and I have to go through all kinds of loopholes to get my rewards points refunded. The employee...read full review
Honey BBQ chicken sandwich was good and so were the fries, but 4 piece shrimp order only had two shrimp, service was slow for being empty and one of the three menu TVs was broken.
