“I haven’t had Korean fried chicken like this since I was in Seoul nearly three years. I ordered the galbi flavored 8 piece. A perfect experience all around. My friend tried kimchi fried rice for the first time and liked it. I’ll be back for more of the chicken.

“i come here often, at least once a week, and always have a great experience with the staff until Belle was hired. Belle is not suited for a customer facing role (respectfully Belle you are not nice to people <3) but imma still come back tho“

“My husband and I eat at the Bryant Chick-fil-A almost once a week. He has dementia and a bit of a mobility issue. We have always been treated with patience and kindness. This week when we went it was not raining when we got there but was pouring when we were ready to leave. One of the workers insisted on getting us an umbrella. She used it to get me to the car then hurried back in to stay with my husband as I drove around. She helped me get him in the car…he didn’t get wet but she and I did in spite of a big umbrella. She truly was thoughtful and kind and patient with a dementia patient and his rattled wife. (I will be better prepared for the weather). Sadly we didn’t get her name but we will on our next trip. We can’t thank her enough for her kindness and her help. She didn’t say let me know if I can help you she said I AM going to help you and this is what we will do. Thank you again♥️“

“Used the drive through. Staff positioned outside to take your order and receive payment all at the same time. By the time I got around to the window, the next staff asked my name and handed me my order. Hot and fresh! Easy in and out. Just have to remember to ask for ketchup if you want some for your fries!“

“Sometimes end up with the last of a batch of chicken and its not good at all. I went back inside and they gave me new pieces so I did very much appreciate that. Just check your chicken before driving off. Sometimes they'll give you a different spice level on the chicken than you asked for. Normally I just take whatever fast food gives me but now with a meal costing $10, I'm going to need my food to be much better.“

“I come here after work a lot around 9pm and the last about 8 times I’ve come here I’ve been asked to pull up to the front doors after ordering through the drive through and often am waiting way more than usual. The food is great but I don’t know what changed that makes it where I need to wait twice as long for the same food I was ordering months ago. Also they never give you enough sauce for the bigger portions and paying 50 cents for an extra ounce that’s always half full is really annoying.“

“I hardly ever do food reviews first off, but this store was so amazing it made me change that! Was in town for some tests at saline memorial decided to stop by for some spicy stripe. As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted with a warm welcome, the older lady that rung me up was very friendly very professional, knew exactly what she was doing took my order served me and I was seated in less than 30 secs! Blew my mind! The food was perfect! Crispy spicy hot delicious strips,the mashed taters were perfect as well and a little spicy like they should be .....the biscuit, the biscuit was even better it was soft and buttery and delicious. I think I saw the GM walking around making sure the store was in running order which it was! It looked immaculate in there and was one of the cleanest restaurants I've ever been in including the restroom! whoever is running that store during the day is DOING IT BEYOND RIGHT!!!! A++ them folks heed a raise or something over there! And it wasn't just the food it was the staff as well.....STELLAR ! Thank yall for the amazing experience during a time of such uncertainty, you'll never know how much it meant to me but hopefully this will help you even a little of how grateful I am!“

“My wife and I come to the drive-through here quite often as we live just down the road. I have always had a good experience with the quickness of the drive-through, the pleasantness of the employees and the quality of the food.
