“Hands down the best Chick Fil A I've ever been to. Which is crazy to say because every one that I have been to is great.

“It was backed up on 3/29/26. Ran out of wings and it was drive thru only at night. I called them since I ordered online and didn’t want to wait in the line. The lady on the phone was soooo kind and told me the issue! The manger on shift gave me extra stuff to compensate, and was so kind aswell. Only 4 star cuz a Mexican kid was rude when I told him it wasn’t my order when he asked if it was my order. He shrugged his shoulder acting all clueless instead of being respectful.“

“Their friendly atmosphere, the jenuine smiles. The dining area is always so clean. We eat there at least once a week. If possible I would give them a 10 star rating. Since I cannot I will give them a well deserved 5 star. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK“

“Ordered a Spicy flounder fish sandwich combo through the drive thru and a strawberry biscuit. It was a long wait, but the food came out piping hot and fresh, so no complaints there. Unfortunately my order was wrong. I received a classic fish sandwich instead of a spicy one. However, I should have paid more attention to the screen displaying my order so I could have caught it and corrected it. So that’s on me. But no big deal, I went in to get the correct sandwich. The cook who made my sandwich, I think they were calling her Ms. Martha! She needs a raise! She went above and beyond to help me out. Made my new sandwich fresh and threw in some fresh made fries as well. She was wonderful! Also the strawberry biscuit is to die for!“

“Went to 2 KFC's today the one on Grand avenue in fort Smith Arkansas. And the one in Alma Arkansas. Two totally different experiences. People on Grand avenue were rude, with no people skills!
The employees at Alma KFC were very respectful, helpful, and courteous. Early enjoyed seeing people that done their job with pride!!5 stars all day long for Alma“
