“The food is exactly what I would expect and the wait times were acceptable. The problem is had was the dry emotionless robots working the drive thru. I know they don't have time to be chatty or talk to every customer but when I say thank you and have a good day and both windows simply stare off into space and close on me without so much as a smile it's sad. These were both young ladies who looked like mindless zombies and that starts at the top.“

“I would like to take a minute to applaud each and every employee at Sonic in Alma, Ar. I cannot think of one bad experience that I’ve ever had here, the food is always fresh and good! We’ve all had bad days and there is no reason to judge anyone, we’re all guilty of something! If you feel the need to complain, not once but numerous times at several different location, you might want to ask yourself if maybe you are the problem?! We are all out here just trying to survive so the negative people need to focus on trying to build others up instead of bringing them down! No judgement here! Have a blessed day!“

“Some workers are less than enthusiastic to be making money and serving their community but there are some that are sweet and genuinely enjoy their job. I worked fast food during high school and it's exhausting but I still thought of my customers first, ALWAYS ! All in all, they still get 5 stars because Taco Hell is delicious and hits the spot everytime ?“

“I love their app. I can order in the store for credit if I want and just give a code for points. I just got the impossible whopper for free with points. It is an awesome buger. My wife ordered a burger off the menu and we both got full for less than $5.00. They also have a $5. and $7. meal deal which are also great. Only complaint they charge a quarter for water. The staff were pleasant also.“

Kid-friendliness: My son absolutely loved his kids meal and the gentleman helping us was very friendly and accommodating!

“Best pizza hut Ever! We came in traveling and stopped at a local hotel I order pizza online and clicked delivery after changing the address from my home address to this hotel and the app kept changing it back to my home address needless to say I had to call my home town pizza hut and cancel with them. Then I called the pizza hut here in alma AR and they were so accomidating and kind! They made sure I got my order quickly as they could hear the 9 children we had in tow jumping all over the place and hungry.My sisters and I were just exhausted with all the kids and we had been driving for 9 hours and to have the kindness of the employees at this pizza hut was very refreshing. They need a raise!“

“Last couple of times I’ve been the food was delicious (it’s greasy fast food, you get what you get, I just happen to love it) the breading on the chicken was slightly undercooked, didn’t stop me from finishing a bucket of legs and thighs. Ordered through the app, waited maybe a minute or two at the window. Overall happy and maybe 5 lbs heavier“

I was extremely impressed by the service and their willingness to correct an order and make sure their mistake did not inconvenience myself or my company.
