“My husband and I eat at the Bryant Chick-fil-A almost once a week. He has dementia and a bit of a mobility issue. We have always been treated with patience and kindness. This week when we went it was not raining when we got there but was pouring when we were ready to leave. One of the workers insisted on getting us an umbrella. She used it to get me to the car then hurried back in to stay with my husband as I drove around. She helped me get him in the car…he didn’t get wet but she and I did in spite of a big umbrella. She truly was thoughtful and kind and patient with a dementia patient and his rattled wife. (I will be better prepared for the weather). Sadly we didn’t get her name but we will on our next trip. We can’t thank her enough for her kindness and her help. She didn’t say let me know if I can help you she said I AM going to help you and this is what we will do. Thank you again♥️“

“I stopped by the Sonic in Bryant recently and had a great experience, thanks in large part to one of the employees — Juliann. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything with my order was perfect. It’s rare to see someone take that much pride in their work, especially in fast food.

The food was hot, fresh, and exactly what I ordered — but what really made the visit memorable was Juliann’s attitude and attention to detail. You can tell she cares about the customers and takes her job seriously. People like her make a big difference!

If you’re in the area and craving a Sonic run, I definitely recommend stopping by this location. And if you’re lucky enough to get Juliann, you’ll be in great hands!“

“I am here to recognize Burger King on north Reynolds road in Bryant, Arkansas. My husband called and asked me to bring him a meal from Burger King for lunch today. And when I got there, the customer service was exceptional from the time of ordering to the guy that I took my money and the lady that not only recognized me but she recognized my dog and gave my dog a piece of bacon. This type of service is what we need every single day and I appreciate the kindness that I experienced.. so for the employees that worked on April 20, 2025, on Easter, around 12:50pm, give yourselves a pat on the back.“

“For someone who didn’t want to drive all the way to Bryant (I live 30 min away) to get one of my favorite 🤩 foods. The best way to order was uber eats! There was no comment section in the ordering process but I called up there to ask just for some extra seasoning for my fries and chicken! The guy I spoke with on the phone (Konner) really did the extra mile just to make sure we had everything we needed! Really made my uber eats order that much better! It was also nice with the delivery process and our special note from Konner letting us know he took care of everything.“
