McDonald's in Fayetteville

“On Tuesday morning Fayetteville residences in the Crossover area lost power due to the storms the night before. The McDonald's on Crossover had so many customers car lines wrapped around the corner. The dining room area jammed packed. When I tell you the GM manager handle the rush and large crowd with a great smile and sense of humor. It was a great pleasure to see the team work none stop constantly during my visit to ensure that every customer was taken care of. I'm sure there were some grumpy people because of the situation. Overall I give them a 10 out of 5. That's how satisfied was when I left.“

“Caleb is amazing! The past few times I’ve come to this location he’s been working at the drive through, he has fantastic customer service skills and is always so kind. He made sure that I had fresh fries and sandwiches today, which I thought was very generous! 10/10 employee“

“I come here every single day for a blended coffee. I can tell you the service is exceptional from a few ladies. One Mgr knows my name and has my coffee ready to hand me as I'm walking to the counter, she brightens my day Everytime I see her. Another Mgr. Always greets me with a smile and and is very attentive when I walk in. Then I get days like today when none of my ladies are at work and my large blended coffee is barely half full and I paid over $6+ for it with an extra shot. And this same crew always gives me a medium cup during the week instead of the large I pay for.. the Mgr on duty, skinny long haired lady.. always looks miserable and never has a smile on her face and never says have a good, thank you nothing.. those are the days I find I'm not as pleasant in the morning due to the lack of customer service.. she has been there the longest as an employee as well.. so odd! But my other 3 ladies, they kill it every single time they work!! Keep up the great job ladies!!! You make my week of working 5 jobs so much more enjoyable!! See you Monday!“

“about as good as you can get when it comes to a McDonald’s. The staff are always nice and friendly when I come in, and I come by all different days of the week and different times. Of course, it’s still McDonald’s food, so what else were you people expecting? But it being made by people who have some customer service skills under the belt helps a lot. Great workers at this location!“

“I usually get breakfast here, the woman taking orders and c the guy with a beard are wonderful, never a problem. BUT, why is it always closed at night? I drive by every night about 930 and its always closed, all the lights are off, dark, no parking lot lights either.“
