McDonald's in Fort Smith

“I arrived at this McDonald's mid afternoon and decided to opt for curbside takeout. I went into the restaurant and evaluated the location before my food was finished being prepared. I observed a clean store, bathroom and staff hard at work communicating to each other on drive thru orders. The atmosphere and lighting felt warm and comforting. I arrived outside to my curbside pickup and shortly after my food arrived. The gentleman that gave me my order was pleasant to speak with and engaged in small banter conversation before he returned to his work. When I received my food I checked it and was pleased to have received my food hot, fries salted well, and my drink's CO² and syrup was balanced correctly. I give this overall experience a 5/5. Well done at this location! Thank you guys and girls for all your hard work!“

“If your timing is right, this drive thru not always, but a lot offers piping hot fresh fries!! There is nothing better than getting fresh and piping hot fries from McDonald’s. Yes, there ice cream machine is always broken or in the middle of being repaired, BUT I do have to admit that they have the French fry part nailed down.“

“Didn't go in- Drive thru- 215 in the morning and they had soft serve! Awesome friendly guy at the register and the value meals were actually great.
Daily double meals are fair priced and really tasty. Especially at this Mickey D's. Soft serve was perfect texture and what I remember from my youth.“

“OH MY GOSH, WHERE DO I EVEN START? First, the food is absolutely amazing. I big backed on all of the food it was so delicious and scrumptious, the food was prepared very well surprisingly which blew my brain apart. SECOND, the building is cleaned very well. Even the play place was very good I approve👍 so yeah I pretty much love McDonald's and I recommend coming there.“

“I come by here often. Always great service. Today I came by and was upset at the poor customer service I received by your employer Blake. When taking our order he was rude. When we come by the window to pay he spoke to us in a bad tone like he was mad.“

“I really liked coming tonight. I came at 1:00am in the morning and surprisingly the line wasn’t busy like it usually is after normal closing time. The people at the windows were really nice too. The second window had Jordan at it and he was so nice and we had a nice little conversation while we were waiting for our food. Me and my fiancé had just come from the hospital and it was nice to not have to wait long and be greeted with nice people.“

“They two women behind the main desk are amazing I don't remember both the names but the lady that fitted me for my uniform Barbara was very nice the other lady ago I cannot remember her name was extremely nice as well. Thanks for the cold water the walk back was 2 miles“
