“Delicious breakfast sandwich! Apple cinnamon flavored English Muffin wasn't very flavorful, but the bacon/egg/cheese sandwich overall was great. Dad had the muffin/egg/gravy, Mom and Aunt had small portions of pancake/bacon/egg. Everything was delicious!

Parking: Very popular place! We were happy to find one space open.“

“I ate there today and it was amazing! I had a catfish dinner, fried okra, and fried green tomatoes. My best friend and I enjoyed our food very much! Everything was amazing, standouts were the coleslaw because most places can not get it right…well Walkers did!!! Also the fried green tomatoes were amazing!!! “So I took a peak at some of the more recent, lower star reviews. As well as the recent higher rated reviews. As I’m righting this at 11:24am on 8/29, I just ordered a cheeseburger and Cajun fries, no drink bc it’s 100° outside lol I’ve got water!
Long story short, I’ve been In and out of the food industry for over a decade, I just switched fields 3 months ago. So this is for the lower rated reviews: hopefully you all can be understanding of the fact that things change. Specially in food service. Like the stock market, it goes up and down, good and bad. King Kone isn’t relative to a J&S Italian Villa, or the Vault, or even delucas or Rocky’s. It’s a mom and pop stop. There’s not 20 ppl on staff there’s probably barely 5 people working if that. So if your food didn’t come out as you hoped or your drinks or desserts, I’m sure if you mentioned it to the staff they could correct it, or refund your money. But to leave a review after you’ve likely eaten your whole meal, I find it hard to believe that it was completely horrible. I’ve also heard there’s new owners now. Idk how long they have taken over, but maybe the owners are new to food service. Maybe it’s as simple as the cooks or server having a bad or off day.
I work across the street and everyday I go to work or walk past there it is always busy 9 times outta 10. That’s just my two sense. Everyone, everything deserves a 2nd chance, even a 3rd.“

“Chicken tenders are soooo good and fresh. Love this place but they need to work on the outside. If you didn't know better you would think they were out of business. Weeds all around. When I recommend this place they always say "didn't that place close". Fix up the outside and make it appealable.“

“An all-around great dining experience. My Smoked Old-Fashioned was perfect. My husband and I both had steak and both cuts were cooked perfectly. We had brussels sprouts, mac and cheese, and mushrooms as sides, and all were amazing (our favorite was the brussels sprouts!). Great service as well.“

“This is a decent place. The food is average , they charge $3 extra for adding an extra egg is a little crazy ( I could get half a dozen eggs for that) . This place is as expensive as some restaurants in top downtowns in the country

The banana/ blueberry pancake was also decent, the blueberry were a lot and make the pancake really tangy.

I hope they can improve of these things especially when they are competing with the Pancake House.“

“We went on a Saturday afternoon,the staff was very friendly told us about the “campfire meals upon walking to host stand. Our server “Olivia” was soo welcoming to my family of 3. She complimented my shirt I was wearing. I said thanks and I told her I had a medical emergency and was trying to get used to my hair not being pulled up as I couldn’t use my left arm. So I was a bit distracted trying to be okay with the new changes to myself. She offered to put my hair up if I had a rubber band to get it out of my face. I almost cried! She also told me she would keep me in her prayers. She really made me feel like family versus just a customer coming in. She is a beautiful gem in this world and we need lots more people out there like her. Let’s not forget the food it was soo yummy! I had the shrimp/sausage campfire meal it was seasoned perfectly except the potatoes tasted off but that could’ve been my taste buds. Our daughter had a strawberry pancake and sausage and bacon. Good size portion she had to bring some home. My husband had chicken fried chicken with 3 sides. I tasted a bite of his chicken it was soo good with that cream gravy. I didn’t get pictures but again it was such a wonderful overall experience! We will be returning soon!!“

I forgot to take pics of the restraunt itself, but the restraunt was really cool too! The food was great and our Waitress/Host was very polite. “First we arrived at Fisherman’s Wharf, got in quite fast. Very friendly staff we sat and ate dinner with lalo around 6:30. Didn’t get serviced until 6:45, when he came to the table is was very unprofessional and uncomfortable. Overall he did a great job and we got our food quickly, but every time he would approach the table he would have an attitude. The catfish was great, and my husband enjoyed the grouper oscar. 4.3/5* overall“

“I can't believe there are only 14 reviews. Bubba's is the bomb for catfish. I live in MO but when in Hot Springs for a week, we are eating there AT LEAST twice. Its been a few years but next month we are there. Can't wait. And def get the tarter sauce. Its the best!“

The patty was cooked to perfection, with that delicious char-grilled flavor you can’t beat. The toppings were fresh, they omitted the bun as requested. The service was quick and friendly, and the prices are super reasonable for the quality you’re getting. It’s a great spot whether you’re dining outside or grabbing food to go. Hands down, the best burger I’ve had in ages. I’ll definitely be back soon to try more from their menu!“

“Thank you four kind reply. It must of been an off night. Charcuterie board was beyond gross with only 4 crackers and the onion rings were flavorless and greasy. My daughter had to leave abruptly to vomit. Our server tried so very hard to be accommodating, for that I gave her 5 stars. Our cocktails were undrinkable. Gordon Ramsey needs to seriously give the Ohio Club a makeover. Until then go anywhere but here.“

The server was certainly nice, but it took 30 plus minutes to get two margaritas, and another 30-45 minutes to get two Caesar salads. What should have been about an hour long stop actually ended up taking almost two hours. Still, great food if you don't mind the wait.“

“When I come to visit family in hot springs, after trying several spots, by far big chill is the best one!! Service was great!! Pizza was very good, ben the bartender had everything to me b4 I knew I needed it. Karaoke was so fun. No smoking inside. Loved it. Good place, highly recommend.

The food was good, my margarita was fine, but the service, kindness and outgoing attitude mixed with her positivity was literally one of the absolute best experiences I've ever had at a restaurant. We sat there for nearly two hours just talking to her. What an amazing person.“
