“My family and I we had been driving back home to MO this past Thursday. We had stopped to get a bite. Unknown to us that there was a warning of a possibility of a tornado due to be in the area. The staff working there at 7pm were so nice and even offered to allow us to stay there should the weather turn. Very friendly and of course they made great sandwiches, thank you for what you two had done.“

“If you have been staying away from Subway, try this one! The sandwiches are a bit pricey -- I get a veggie with no meat so perhaps that's why ... they don't pay nearly as much for what's on my sandwich vs. what I shell out. Still, the bread is fresh and the staff is friendly. The inside is clean and bright and smells like fresh-baked bread. I have been at Subways across the country and I tend to shy away from them when traveling because they aren't clean or the service is terrible. This one is terrific and the food is fresh and good! I gave it four starts b/c of the price.“

“Very nice location and staff. My husband has a severe Milk allergy and it's difficult to go out to eat. Staff changed gloves and made our sandwiches separate. They were very nice and accommodating. We tend to get a lot of attitude with fast food because of the added difficulty of our order. If you're looking for a clean and polite I'll location l, this is it.“

“First time ever trying Jersey’s Mikes in fort smith, AR. They had such a great crew! Everyone was so friendly, and had a great attitude, which created a great atmosphere! We got our subs to go and they were so good! Best sub I’ve had in a long time! The Turkey was shaved right on the spot! All the ingredients were fresh, crisp and delicious, I loved it! Will definitely go back, and highly recommend for a great sub!“

“Big shout out to the manager Kyle for going above and beyond for us! My daughter had a great lunch downtown where they readily accommodated changes to her meal for dietary restrictions. But when she realized, after they closed, she left her purse, Kyle from the midtown location contacted the other manager and found out it was in their safe and even volunteered to get it if we couldn’t make it when they opened. Very thankful for such honest and helpful people!! And great food!“

“This staff at this location (both day & evening shifts) are always positive & interact well with customers. The food is reasonably priced. Whichever sandwich I get has always been good, as well as the sweet tea & Lemonade. My friends & I enjoy meeting here throughout the month to have a nice place where we can catch up. Vegetarian options: I love that this store offers vegetarian (veggie patties). I stopped going to SW, because of not offering vegetarians a choice (except not buying or eating salad on bread). I was so ecstatic when I seen this store with veggie patties. God willing I will come back.“

“"I mean, what can you say it's Subway.." NO! Incorrect assumption! I mean, yes, it is indeed a Subway, but the assumption that it is just like every generic Subway would be an incorrect assumption. The location makes this a small shop (the lobby does have nice seating if you do want to eat) but the manager of this location and the starndard this location sets really does make this location seem like a distinctly original restaurant. The store is clean, the ingredients are fresh, and the service is as good as service gets. The place has a feeling indicitive to the one you get when a person takes pride in whatever they may be showing or doing, it matters to this location that I like choosing this sandwich shop, it matters to this location if service is friendly, matters if I am comfortable when inside there shop. I like to think it matters because the work they do matters and a stores work will only ever be as good as the pride taken in running the store.“

“We got 5 subways from the store at down town Little Rock for our long journey home. We put them into our hand luggage to go through security at the airport. But the x-ray machine rejected our bags and the Subway bags ended up been swabbed for drugs at the airport. All OK. fast and friendly service. The subway was very nice and had different fillings than the uk and much nicer than the airoplane meal.“

“I was really happy with my experience from the moment I walked in. I went in with my daughter to use the restroom unaware it was for paying customers only. When we approached the door the lady who appeared to be the manager greeted us and went straight to get the key without asking us any questions

The man made my sandwich to perfection! It was perfectly portioned, and neat. He even told me about the sub of the day which I decided to get.

The lady who was at the register was very friendly and reminded me to get my chips. She even gave my daughter a free cookie! That was so nice of her!

This SUBWAY reminds me of the good ole days! Good food, Good Service, Clean Environment!!

“Even though prices have gone up , I haven't had a chance to visit a Subway in a good while . When Subway sent me a flyer with sandwich deals , I just had to drop in - take advantage of the coupons folks . Communicating with the staff - other than "what you want on your sandwich" - will make your sandwich a whole lot more enjoyable . Peace ✌?“

“Been coming here everyday for the past month ( closest place from work ) and the staff is very nice and helpful. Very speedy when they get packed making sure every customer is took care of. Never had a bad sub. Meats and cheese always fresh. Along with the bread And the atmosphere is very chill. With good tunes.“
