“✨ Local Favorite Shout-Out ✨ Stopped by Mike’s Place tonight and ended up having the best unexpected evening. I missed a networking event (it’s next week 😄), so I sat at the bar—and I’m so glad I did. Huge shout-out to Drew, who not only did an excellent job as bartender but also helps run the Facebook page. Friendly, welcoming, and great service all around. I enjoyed the salmon dip special along with a couple glasses of wine—absolutely perfect. “We ordered cowboy bacon, meatballs, pecan cranberry pinwheels, catch a man dip, spinach dip, and mini chicken kabobs for a baby shower. It’s the first time people really raved about the food. Emily came and set everything up with serving utensils. It was fabulous and reasonably priced. I could not have been more pleased.“

“We had a double bacon cheeseburger and a chicken strip sandwich tonight and the burger was absolutely perfect. The seasoning and everything about it was so good. The chicken strip on the sandwich took up the whole bun. We will definitely be trying other things.“

“The service was great and if I could I would put ten stars on JUST the service because of outlet server John. The dude was great always came and checked on us and was very nice and helped us with the menu. I got the queso burger and the burger was big and juicy and the cheese was nice hot and melted. My grandparent said that the chicken steak she got was the biggest, bestest one she has ever had. And my other one said that they REALLY loved the catfish street tacos. All in all the BEST restraint I’ve been too in my entire life by LIGHTYEARS.

“My husband and I drove all the way from England to eat here. The service was poor, the building is old, it was hot inside. It took 10 minutes for us to get our drinks. The appetizer was not that good. The coleslaw was warm and after waiting 35 minutes and still not getting our food, we went to the front and said we'd pay for the drinks and appetizer and we will leave. The waitress was lazy and slow. Walked by our table a few times when there was an empty basket sitting there and our drinks almost empty. Didn't bother to take the basket or refill drinks. A table behind us was getting cleaned, people sat down and not 10 minutes later got their food and we were still waiting on ours. Never again. What really got me is when the manager or owner...not sure who he was, said something to the waitress and she said something about it being a Saturday night. Im assuming she was saying it was busy. There was literally 10 tables full in the whole place and there was 4 waitresses. Im sorry, but if you think that was busy, you'd never make it somewhere like Texas Roadhouse or Longhorn on a Friday or Saturday night. Maybe waitressing is not for you.“

“Look, I don’t know where y’all found Tavares, but please do not let him go. Never have I ever had anyone, in my 30+ years of life, make certain drinks I’ve always been familiar with as well as him. They literally made me walk up to him and thank him for making them so well. His hospitality is unmatched as well. He’s truly a treasure, and something anyone should always look forward to coming back to. I know I am. Thank you again, Tav. The little things always mean the world, and you have absolutely mastered that in your craft alone.“

“Nothing is ever perfect but we had a lot of people together and these folks did a great job! When I say a lot, I am going to say we had at least 20 people in our party. Our server was FANTASTIC!!!!!! The people were happy to have us, and they made the event as perfect as it could be. My steak, was perfection. The bread, the bread was amazing.“

“I had dinner last night here in Conway, AR at Texas Roadhouse. I have got to say I think it is absolutely one of the best run restaurants in Arkansas. Service is always over the top. My food was cooked to perfection I had the prime rib I love it. The entire staff is amazing. I know a few of them because they attend Conway High School as well as the owners daughter. I look forward to my next visit. Keep up the great work team. Kenneth Jones“

“First time here tonight with my husband. I was very impressed that they sent the dishwasher to the store to get me some sour cream instead of telling me that they didn't have it. That's the first time that's happened to me at any restaurant. I didn't know that until she brought me my baked potato (The only thing on the menu I could eat right now) That's customer care and excellent customer service! Thanks!“
