“I LOVE CARLOS’S!! I am not from Paragould but recently started working in town and have discovered Carlos’s. All I can say is- holy cow! Amazing every time. Fantastic birria tacos, fair prices, and good portion sizes. Always have specials going and generally affordable and quality food. ❤️ my fave place in town so far.“

“This restaurant is a nostalgic remnant of what once was a great empire of fast food eateries. What a great throwback experience to visit this restaurant again. We cannot pass by without getting some of their root beer! This old girl has a few wrinkles, but she’s hanging in there!“

“This place was amazing! The food was the best I’ve eaten since living in Texas years ago. Our waiter was super nice and his enthusiasm and kindness gave the whole place a great vibe. The also play good music that makes you want to move. I really wish they would come to Dexter, Mo.“
