“This is my favorite place to meet friends. This is my first year living here in West Memphis, weather I join new friends or eat alone the staff is always helpful and the food is made with love. We meet tonight for an early Christmas fellowship. We had a great time visiting with the workers and friends we forgot to take photos of our gathering. thank you for making this place feel like West Memphis is home to a new person in town. Look forward to continue to bring a customer with you into the New Year.”

“Great place for a delicious quick meal!
This place is small and simple with amazing food. Not a huge menu but their food is amazing! We have great bbq in Oklahoma where I’m from but this was top notch. I had a pulled pork sandwich and they put Cole slaw on it. Never had this before but it was amazing. Baked beans were even better.”

“I was incredibly surprised and pleased with the wild game dinner I had at Ignite steakhouse. Youssef, the chef that is only been there for a short time, absolutely knocked it out of the park.
I come from restaurants in the Napa Valley of California – and I really enjoy good food. So, imagine my surprise when I walked into a casino in West Memphis, thinking that this was going to be – well – not as good. My expectations were so far exceeded that I asked the manager to bring the chef out so that I could thank him for one of the most delicious meals I’ve had, especially of wild game, in years. Do not hesitate. Go!”

“Today we got the basic burger and hot dog. Inexpensive menu items. The hamburger was very basic but ok. Nathan’s hot dog was good. The sides were really surprisingly good. Might even say better than expected. Next trip will try the chicken wings.

“i would not recommend this! below is my formal complaint to the Alabama Department of Health. On 11/26/22 we ate at the lucky buffet (241 US-31 Ste 55, Hartselle, AL 35640). Between 730pm and 830pm we had complained about the food being old, hard and stale. The only thing we asked for and got was Chinese donuts. They delayed 20 minutes on meat products. I set a plate down after seeing there was nothing added to the buffet. I witnessed an employee pick it up and walk to place it back on the clean stack. This was approximately 15 feet away. I'm concerned this restaurant is being unsanitary. It was empty of people and I know they didn't want to cook a lot for us 4 guests, but bringing only donuts out and putting dirty plates on the clean stack is not acceptable. Please follow up on this, I think of someone who may be sick and this could have a big impact on someone if they got sick due to unwillingness to be sanitary in a restaurant.”

This was an incredible experience from the customer service to the coffee and atmosphere. I enjoyed my coffee while listening to an incredible music selection. Order 2 10piece combos.. the sign said 14.99, the cashier stated that the combo is. Like 17 and some change, food was almost 40.00 bucks..

“Shout out to Management .Today we are in a Tornado warning.About 2o customers and staff were locked down in the Meat and Dairy coolers.They remained calm, allowed us to put on jackets,had a chair for an elderly lady. They went above and beyond. They apologized for the cold even. Thankful !!!”

“Every employee that I encountered at this location was professional, friendly and showed awesome customer service! I felt welcome and appreciated!! The food was. Great!! From Kimberly the manager being uplifting and warm to Quannesha and Melissa greeting me with a warm welcome to Asiah making sure my food was delivered Correctly and promptly to Carla maintaining the dining area with a smile an awesome customer service this was a wonderful experience and I will definitely be a return customer!! “The best Chick-fil-a fries I’ve had- they were ALL crispy! The sandwiches were great too! The girl taking orders in the drive thru line was the sweetest. We always stop by Chick-fil-a in Memphis on the way out of town, but it’s def worth driving a little further to the West Memphis location. Will be back for sure!”

“I am a truck driver, anytime I am in the West Memphis Arkansas area and I am bobtail, the parking lot has plenty of room if you are bobtail, I only go there when I'm bobtail without a trailer, I like to stop in at the red Pier seafood restaurant, the food is always delicious and the service and atmosphere are great too”

“Ughhh subway is always so good, my food is always perfect and so delicious. Only thing I hate is the mobile app, cause I've had my sandwiches messed up almost every time that way. But dining in or going in to order is usually always the best way!”
