“The food was delicious. I had the 1/2 sandwich and 1/2 salad (could have had soup instead of one of the items. The salad was bigger than expected and scrumptious (kale and berry.) The sandwich was good but not quite what I expected. I had roast beef and havarti with grilled onions, sun dried tomatoes and arugula. That part was yummy. I expected havarti cheese inside the bread too - but it was actually grilled onto/into the bread making the bread too strong a cheese taste for me. My friend got avocado toast and two sunny side up eggs. It looked yummy and she devoured the whole meal with gusto! We both had iced tea - plain old iced tea - and it was perfect! Except 3.99 for a plain tea was a lot. If it was fancier I would have understood.
It took waaay too long for our server to even greet us. Then we began the waiting game. Wait to order, wait to get food - a long wait. Wait to get the promised ice tea refill ( we asked - it was not offered). We waited for the check and never got our last refill! Our entire section kept trying to flag down our waitress even though it was not busy.“

“This place has no right being as good as it is!!! I looove that they have white coffee and the açaí bowl was sooooo good. Not too tart, almost like a sorbet base and don’t even get me started on the agave! I will absolutely be back. Just wish they had a drive thru!“

“Such an unexpected single mother women owned business gem. The espresso was wonderful, and she gets it from a local roaster. We also had a mango smoothie and it tasted like paradise. The coffee and smoothie were so good that we returned around lunch time to try a Cuban sandwhich and the food is truly phenomenal. We’re excited to see this place grow and flourish over time as it delivers local business friendliness, proper charm and ambience and an overall experience that leaves you feeling warm on the inside.“
