“We have dined in a couple of times and had a pleasant experience, however our last visit was amazing. Ria took our order and helped us find the exact things we wanted, even if she had to do some modifications. She was knowledgeable and made great recommendations. I definitely want to highlight her service. The restaurant was very clean. The staff payed attention to the dinning room and cleared tables very quickly. I was very impressed. It seems small but means a lot to me. I hate walking into a fast food place and finding all of the tables dirty. We are very happy with this location“

“The food was delicious. I had the 1/2 sandwich and 1/2 salad (could have had soup instead of one of the items. The salad was bigger than expected and scrumptious (kale and berry.) The sandwich was good but not quite what I expected. I had roast beef and havarti with grilled onions, sun dried tomatoes and arugula. That part was yummy. I expected havarti cheese inside the bread too - but it was actually grilled onto/into the bread making the bread too strong a cheese taste for me. My friend got avocado toast and two sunny side up eggs. It looked yummy and she devoured the whole meal with gusto! We both had iced tea - plain old iced tea - and it was perfect! Except 3.99 for a plain tea was a lot. If it was fancier I would have understood.
It took waaay too long for our server to even greet us. Then we began the waiting game. Wait to order, wait to get food - a long wait. Wait to get the promised ice tea refill ( we asked - it was not offered). We waited for the check and never got our last refill! Our entire section kept trying to flag down our waitress even though it was not busy.“

“I had an outstanding experience at Firehouse Subs thanks to Chandler and Noah. From the moment I walked in, their energy, professionalism, and attention to detail stood out. They were both incredibly friendly, efficient, and clearly take pride in their work.

Chandler made sure my order was perfect and took the time to ensure everything was exactly how I wanted it. Noah was just as impressive—working quickly while still maintaining great customer service and a positive attitude. It’s not every day you come across a team that works this well together and genuinely cares about the customer experience.

The food was fresh, made perfectly, and served fast, but what really made the visit memorable was the level of service these two provided. They set the standard for what great customer service should look like.

“Dustin is great, Meredith is super fun and friendly, food is excellent, atmosphere is chill and relaxed, ALL the games and leisures on the 360 TVs, bar is on point, plenty of seating, music will definitely get you moving, and a huge menu. Ordered pizza and wings and they were delicious! Wonderful experience. Will be back ASAP!“

“I just wanted to update a review I left from one or two years ago. The quality of food and menu have drastically improved. Great turn around in my opinion from a review I left with 1 star below to an improved 5 star update today. I’ll start frequenting the bar to have lunch or dinner again. My review below is no longer a representation of how much better the Indigo Grill is now! Great job and great improvement.We have owned a home for eight years at Sun City Festival in this restaurant has gone to hell in a greasy handbasket I am not sure who is managing this place but someone needs to get involved because the quality of food is absolutely terrible“
