“Went for coffee and donuts and got the donuts I was wanting and was not disappointed. Coffee was great too. Woman behind the counter was friendly and courteous. I've been there before on my last trip to Phoenix and will probably go next year too.“

Normally I have a good normal experience, most the time quick, today I waited in the drive thru for nearly 10 minutes after I ordered and the guy at the window handed me my bag and asked me to check to make sure my order was correct. I thought this was odd. I'll update the review for the next visit but this one is for this visit.“

“This is my first ever review, but I wanted to say how extraordinary the customer service was! I came in last Saturday at around 11 AM, when a worker, that goes by Andrew, was working that time. Even while handling with a large amount of mobile orders, he went out of his way to ensure that he got to the customers that were also waiting in line as well! He was very sweet, hard working, and maintained a positive attitude despite how busy it was for him, especially when working alone!

The employees were welcoming, friendly, and provided excellent service. They also do a great job with deals, promotions, and exclusive drops. Overall, a pleasant experience and definitely a location I'd visit again.“

“The service industry has gotten so bad that it’s refreshing when a coffee chain actually gets it right. No matter what time I go, the staff greets you warmly through the drive-thru — they sound genuinely happy to help, smile at you, and are incredibly friendly without the endless small talk, because they’re also quick and efficient. They always get my order right and are even patient when I don’t have the app ready.

Their brown sugar shaken espresso is what made me fall in love with the drink in the first place. Even now that I know how to make it at home, this location is still my go-to when I need one on the go. She was able to remake my drink, even though I got it at a different location and a different location made it wrong, but she was so polite and had great customer service. She was able to remake it for me with the best attitude. she says in her words, “i have to take care of my customers and I’ll do whatever it takes.” She deserves a raise. It made my day.“

“Came in at 5:45am for 3 large Jugs of coffee for our annual company meeting. I usually call it in ahead to give them time to prepare but today I was on short time. The manager was phenomenal and the staff was super impressive with their fast pace and ability to keep up during the busy rush this morning even with my large order. Everyone manned their stations and one thing that stood out was the cleanliness, organization, and how well the store was stocked. Great group of team member's who are deserving and super hard working! The young man even helped carry everything to my car and loaded it for me. Thanks!“
