The food was good, enchiladas and chicharron were really tasty. However the aguachile was bland and basically 3 shrimp sliced in half for $20+ is not worth it at all.“

“Definately an experience, build your own margarita bar with tons of candies is unique. We asked our waitress for all the recommendations and must haves. The Ferris wheel appetizers was a hit, with guacamole and salsas. The 3 ft quesadilla with birria meat was so good but a lot of food for five people. We also got the house special lava rock bowl consisting of a stew with all the protein in a bowl in a rich smoky sauce. Some liked it some not so much. It was a lot of food so be advised. We were in a room with a few large parties, the service was good in the beginning but as the night wore on we were forgotten because of the larger parties. Ambience in main dining had a lot of photo opportunities but all seating was high or up a step not really accessible for people in wheelchairs.“

“I've been eating at Edpo's since a friend turned me onto them in 2016. Sadly, I took 6 coworkers a few weeks ago for taco Tuesday; after I had talked it up. We each had 3 margaritas and food. We feel the margaritas were lacking alcohol, and the food was so so. Unfortunately, since they've grown more in popularity; I think the the food has slipped and Espo's may have chosen to lessen the alcohol content in the margaritas. Not sure I'll be back. Feeling bummed“

“Being from Cali, my wife and I we’re very familiar with Baja Fresh. My wife missed it a lot. She was excited to try the new place. The food was ok, certainly not spectacular, it was a little skimpy on the meat and more expensive than I remembered. $20 for a taco, a burrito and a drink??!? I could have gone to the finest Mexican restaurant in town and order a much more reasonable combo plate. Also, bring so new, none of the young employees had a clue as to what they were doing. Not in any rush to come back.“

“I was in the restroom washing my hands and one of your employees came out of the stall and was heading for the door without washing her hands and I looked at her and she touched my back and then proceeded to turn back to head to the sink to wash her hands. If I had not looked at her she would have returned to working with food without washing her hands. That is gross and she could be spreading germs. I also believe it's a health code violation. Shame on her and you all for letting your employees get away without washing their hands. Nasty, Nasty.“

“Whaaaaaaat! Just cruising down Scottsdale Road we saw traditional Al pastor spit fired crispy-end pork on a spit, bright red from real Mexican adobada topped with pineapple- we had to pull over to give it a try.

After traveling all over Mexico, we've never come across the true flavor up here in the states until now. And it doesn't stop there!

The crispy carne asade taco was somehow just as delicious!! To die for flavor-packed-char you just have to chomp your own teeth into to appreciate!

They have a table of freshly made, green and red salsas, each an absolutely taste bud awakening, tangy, spicy amalgamation of deliciousness!
The fresh veggies and pickled red onions, grilled onions and jalapeños, rice and beans, just WOW! ALL THE YUM!
Not sure how often they're in Scottsdale but if you're a seasoned traveler that truly appreciates authenticly seasoned Mexican food- find this place!

“I've been going to this location for years and the food is always exceptional. The Chorizo breakfast burrito is the best in the valley in my opinion. Very reasonably priced and the portions are large. Try the green sauce - it's amazing!“

“Great place for quesabirria!! We were very happy to find this place while searching Google restaurants. I think it's smart that they only specialize in quesabirria. That's the only thing on the menu and it's definitely worth a stop. Most places that i've had quesabirria in the past, the caldo was way oversalted. This stand made the best caldo to dip the tacos in. They also bring out a spicy salsa, sour cream, cilantro, onions, grilled onions and jalapeños to accompany the tacos. Outside seating only under a tent or take the food to go. We will come back when we are back in town.“

“I have been eating BE for 30 years and I have to say, good luck finding a better burrito in the United States. Both green and red salsas are like crack, you can't stop drinking it while enjoying your food. The staff has always been super helpful and friendly, neighborhood friendly, and never once in the thousands of times I've had BE did I not enjoy it. If I had to choose between a breakfast burrito and water while stuck in the desert, hands down in munchin a steak egg potato and cheese breakfast burrito soaked in both red and green salsa.
