“the subway app is a mess and really messed us up today. we went to our first store and ask for veggie patties and they charged us and they didn't have veggie patties. went to the second place that had veggie patties and the app sent my order to the first place that we were at and I lost two coupons.“

“All the staff in this store are very friendly people, they work with sense of urgency, always greet you on the way in, they really seem to value me as a customer. I have a few other subway stores near my house but I feel this one provides the best quality and service. Thanks.“

“I just had to give a review after my experience tonight. I came in an hour before close and was feeling guilty coming in so late but was starving. And the two individuals working, a man and woman were just so friendly and welcoming, they lifted my spirits! You could tell they both did their job well, worked together really well, and were setting up the closing shift so whoever has to work the following morning they'd be set up for success. My only regret is not catching their names to give them a shout out, but they call themselves Bonnie & Clyde so I hope they know who they are! Thanks for a great welcoming experience no matter how late in the evening! And great food too!“

“Came in today to grab my son a quick sandwich. He orders a 6” BMT, on white bread, completely plain. No cheese, no dressings, no condiments, no veggies. Except for pickles. I asked the women for extra, extra pickles. When our order came out it only had 4 tiny pickle slices on it. When I went back to ask for more she told me a regular order is suppose to have 3 pickles and she isn’t suppose to give more than that. And that she doesn’t even have anything to put it in. When I pressed her about it she finally gave me more. As she handed it to me she told me it was against policy what she did. Honestly not coming to Subway anymore“

“Super clean and looks brands new! I really enjoyed how they ensured they kept the tops closed and I really like how the lights turn off to help keep the food chilled so its not under constant lighting and opened. the staff there are friendly and fast Isaac helped me today and he was fast and efficient and the girl at the register was friendly and their communication was on point! Thank you all so much!

Vegetarian options: lots of fresh, beautiful veggies on display they're not gross and they don't look old and wilted fresh lettuce and spinach available

“This place has a drive thu, which is cool! But its not like micky d's and you order and they make it. They have a head set and make it as you order just like normal. So drive thru is literally only slightly more convenient, but i appreciate that when I only have 30 mins for lunch. Delicious, exactly as I ordered, and friendly.“

“It's been a while since I tried this subway due to past issues. Hence, why it's rated 3.4 stars. Today I was running my usual Thursday Fedex route and realized I wasn't going to be able to get a break in, so I gave them another chance. I'm glad I did because the two ladies there made my dining experience awesome. Mazey made me one of the best sandwiches Ive had in years. Kisha was the cherry on top with her wonderful personality. Definitely a 5 Star worthy experience. If you've had issues in the past with this location, you should give them another shot.“

“This store is amazing when it comes to customer service me and my wife came in around noon time got two footlong spicy nacho chicken sandwiches Rhonda and sheena even though they were extremely busy were so polite and sweet . There team work is outstanding this is one of the best subways I have ever been to I will come again ...“

“The only reason I am giving 5 stars is because Callie, I don’t know how to spelll her name, was amazing. Barely a few days on the job and super young, all by herself at night. She was so stressed but handled it so well. She made my sandwich perfect and didn’t skip a beat. I do however feel that it is highly inappropriate for her to be by herself especially at night. She is a child, and I really hope her parents know she’s working alone. It was upsetting seeing the poor girl handle all the orders (again like a champ) by herself. Do better subway. I don’t want to have to call bbb. Give her a raise as well.“
