“Today we went through their drive through and my 4 year old wanted to ‘play a trick’ on the employees. I winked and whispered to the employees and they both made a huge deal about the horse in the backseat, asked questions, etc. Their enthusiasm was A+. We get Happy Meals at this location all the time and the employees are always incredibly polite and pleasant, in addition to being really sweet to my boys. Thank you to all of the employees who make a relatively small thing, a very special treat for my kids. 💕“

“Stopped for gas, coffee and couple of snacks with my husband and daughter. Restrooms were really clean (except for one unflushed, dirty toilet/stall). Their Columbian coffee with Half \\u0026 Half and a shot of Macchiato flavor creamer was delicious. Veronica, our cashier, was friendly, warm, and nice. This was on Saturday, March 4, 2023.“

“I only recently moved to Florence a few months back, and I must say, this location of McDonald's has treated me the best by far! One .. when Jujutsu Kaisen collaborated with them, I showed up, bought a forty piece chicken nugget, and they made sure I received AT LEAST one of each of the eight available characters. ?
Two .. I utilized a coupon from the app, but when one of their coworkers made a mistake, the manager was happily available to fix it. Three .. their food is ALWAYS fresh!“
