“Most consistent Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to A LOT. My coffee is always made right, breakfast sandwich hot with crispy bacon every time and the donuts are always soft and delicious. Hats off to whoever’s been in charge of this location for the last 6 years. Keep up the good work! :)“

“I've been going to this location for about 10 years... and lately when they got these two employees, it's not the greatest. When they're not there the line is quick inside and out, and the food doesn't look like it's just thrown together. But when they're there it's always slow! I've seen people in drive thru just getting drinks and it took forever! One time i showed up at 5am.. no other customers were there but I had to wait cuz the oven wasn't turned on.. so I had to wait.. and they open around 4ish.. it's just crazy. I've been patient cuz you never know what the situation is.. but it's EVERY TIME! And the last straw was that my actual straw wrapper smelt like weed. I usually put it in my mouth to rip the wrapper off and that's when I smelled the odor. So I'm just going to have to go another Dunkin.
But the other employees are very efficient, it's just a shame these two bring it down. They just don't care, they don't even say anything, they just hand you your order. 🤨“
“Eva and her store manager are the most amazing people. We had a very bad encounter at the southern Mesa store and I called everywhere crying like this other lady that caused the problem it’s not relevant now, but I called and Eva fixed. It was so kind so compassionate so caring their food. Here is always amazing. Great like never less than what you’re supposed to get like just an absolute overall amazing experience like I will forever ever ever go to the Gilbert and Brown location because of how she took care of the situation and handled everything so I just wanna let everybody know that Duncan is not a bad place and it’s not their fault that sometimes bad people get hired but Eva and her manager fixed it got a hold of the right chain of command, and I am forever grateful for her thank you Eva“
