“Two words.. Absolutely Delicious!!!!“

“I would like to share a positive update regarding my recent visit to Ono Hawaiian BBQ.
Following my initial less-than-satisfactory experience, the manager graciously compensated our meal, which we greatly appreciated.

We are pleased to report that our second visit was a much more enjoyable experience. We had the opportunity to try the Island Fire Chicken, and the Kuala Combo with Katsu. Both dishes were absolutely delicious and well-prepared.

This positive experience has certainly changed my perception, and I am glad I gave OH BBQ another try.“

“First time at a Haiwian grill kind of place and it was pretty good. I would come back definitely. Though I ordered other items as well I came for the malasadas and they were pretty good, they had more cream than I expected though, almost a little too much, but good nonetheless. My brother left his wallet here and he came back the next day to see they kept it which was very nice of them. Thanks a lot, wouldve been a massive hassle for him if he had to replace everything since it had his military ID and he was on vacation and out of state.“

“it's a little daunting if you have never picked your own stuff before, but I generally picked everything I liked and it was pretty bomb. great place and the tea is good too“

“Great food and the owners are so nice“

“We were greeted with friendliness when we walked in the door. The items on the menu were diverse and creative, with a mix of more standard fare. The food was delicious with an enjoyable mix of seasoning and well cooked fare. The wait was appropriate for the cuisine. A wholly pleasing experience.“

“There's no other pokibowl place in Arizona that I trust and go to as much as this place. Whenever I'm craving it, I always get a speedy and great bowl. The place is clean and the atmosphere is alright, it's just one guy running the place so I'm surprised this place holds up so well.“

“Great experience at Mokis Hawaiian Grill. The service was polite and fast, and the food was excellent. The teriyaki chicken was tender and flavorful all the way through, and the mac salad was really good with a nice texture, not overcooked like you sometimes see. Everything tasted fresh and well prepared.

The plate also came with rice and a slice of pineapple which was a nice touch. And for anyone who cares about the little things, they have that good ice too.

Overall, easily some of the best Hawaiian food I’ve had. I’ll definitely be back.“

“Wow it’s been almost 20 years since I’ve had some ono food from Aloha kitchen. Today, ah today I ordered Poke and a Kalbi plate! Wow first bite I looked at my daughter closed my eyes and said wow I’m right back home Leleiwi beach bbqing with the ohana! Can’t wait for tomorrow morning and leftovers (if there are any)🤣“

“So many options of free toppings! I got three types of tuna for my poke bowl. The miso soup had plenty of tofu and was delicious, but it had excessive green onions. Service was quick, location was convenient for ASU staff, inside was clean. I'll be back!“

“I come here quite often with my family. The food is always amazing and the portions are very fair.
Only reason I'm giving it only 4 stars is because the employees didn't seem happy to be there and while they were nothing bad they were more just...indifferent I would say is the best way to describe it. I recommend take out rather than eating in.
Just think there should of more energy around the place. I understand that someone times it's just a way to pay the bills but providing a happy atmosphere and service it's what keep people coming back the food too of course lo.“

“I have been here several times and have never been disappointed 💗 delicious poke, delicious katsu, delicious combo, yummy Hawaiian food! My husband LOVES the Mac salad and he doesn’t usually like it at other restaurants.

The owners are very welcoming .. feels like home.“

“This is my absolute favorite choice for poke in the Valley of the Sun, and I don't say it lightly. Love their attention to detail and build your own sushirito! The freshness and options are excellent. Service is fast and friendly. It's everything I want when I need a quick bite to eat near work.“

“The food is decent. Not what I would consider true Hawai'ian plate lunch. But good nonetheless.

I would suggest that you order online and pick up and eat in or out. It takes quite a bit of time getting your food order when you order through the self kiosk and/or the cashier.“
