Jack in the Box in Tempe

“My bus stop to go home is right in front of this Jack in the box. So I make quite a few stops here before going home. And each and Everytime I have had nothing but pleasant greetings and good service here. I left my glasses at work once and the girls at the front counter even helped me read the menu. Such awesome employees always willing to go above and beyond their call of duties. 5 stars.“

“Let me just say every time we come thru after an evening out it seems Juan is always working the food is so fresh everything is hot and always made correctly he needs to be recognized and told he's doing an amazing job thank u juan for the delicious food wen we come thru after an evening out keep up the amazing work and he is friendly on the drive thru as well“

“I went in Friday afternoon for a meal, I was helped by a girl in the drive thru I believe her name was Susy. She was very kind and had great customer service. She went over new items on Menu and helped me made a good choice after I was undecided on what to order . will definitely come back to this location thanks to her !“

I called immediately after and they told me they would honer the refund the day I did go to this location they honored my past order and fufilled it. Never had any issues for months of coming here and today they gave a wrong item but were quick to ask me to return at my earliest convenience to correct it when I called them. Plus the drive thru is plenty wide enough so no worries about curbing your rims and the location is super easy to get in and out of.“

Kind of complex order in the Drive-Thru, lots of kids and changing items. Rene, did an exceptional job listening and changing all the orders coming from the kids. He even double-checked every bag as it came through the window to us, and everybody got exactly what they ordered! I thought for sure it'd be a disaster, but Renee absolutely did fantastic, and we're writing this review because we're all so impressed! Great service!“
