“Great service! Went on lunch break from doing home renovation, and the worker at the drive through was incredibly nice and accommodating. Unfortunately another lady who brought out my food forgot all the condiments, my short fused co workers were ready to make me a part of the home. But I know I ordered them and paid for the buttermilk ranch!“

“This location is crazy! The staff was the friendliest I’ve ever encountered. I ordered to go and then when it was up I switched up to dine in. Surprisingly they didn’t even blink. They pulled everything out of the bags and put it on trays. They double checked everything and made sure the order was on point. While we were waiting a super nice girl was mopping the dining area. I’m blown away.“

“The busiest location in the world sometimes it feels like, being next to the university, they used to suck NGL they would have 9 people on the clock moving slow as molasses, but now they got their stuff figured out and there's always 3-4 people busting their butts to get everyone fed. Y'all been awesome lately keep it up!“

Their tacos are reasonably priced and they are delicious everything there has been very good when I’ve had their burgers, they were perfect the way I enjoy them. They chopped up his ultimate cheeseburger for him perfectly for him to be able to scarf down with no teeth, and payed for it for us out of the kindness of their own hearts. “I'm an Uber driver. This comes up because I drove some drunk people through the drive-thru. They were obnoxious as can be and the guy at the window kept us cool really well. I was laughing the whole time because I found the whole interaction to be super entertaining, but that's just me. They're racking up a waiting fee that I'm thrilled to accept. I didn't get his name but dude from Jack in the box who put up with these two people deserves a medal and a free meal and probably a day off. Cheers to you brother“

“Visited this location around 430am on October 29th 2025. Andres served me at the window and prepared much of my meal. It was perhaps the best Jack in the Box meal I've ever had. Everything was immediately fresh to the point I couldn't eat the fries for a minute or two and I didn't even have to wait that long. His customer service was great from start to finish. Keep kicking butt dude! McDonald's can't come close either!“

“I regularly do DoorDash orders at this location. I had stopped accepting orders from there for a while, as the service was extremely slow and would take 20-25 minutes waiting for an order when the store wasn't busy. The service has greatly improved from a few months ago! Great job, thank you!“

“Hard to give a 5 only because when it's a miss on food it's pretty bad, stale fries, burnt buns or just simply missing ingredients. On the other hand though when it's a certain staff, they are on it, fresh fries almost perfect cooked food so when it reaches you it's delicious and this outweighs some of their mistakes almost IMO.“

“No attention to detail here! Ordered a number 6, wound up with number 16. Went from a burger to a bowl of terribly chicken and rice. Was a bit surprised but was hungry so I ate what they gave me! I'll speak louder next time, and maybe put up the correct number of fingers!“

“Food is great and the service is pretty decent. I usually order dinner for my family and pick it up at this location, and very rarely do they get the items or customizations wrong, even for large orders. I appreciate the time and accuracy of my order, and so far the team here is reliable and friendly. There are also great deals in the app. Very satisfied with my experience and I hope to keep coming back.“
