In terms of food, it's okay. Not great like what the reviews reflect. Maybe it's due to me living in San Francisco, and we have Mission district where there's a lot of Mexican food. So, maybe my taste buds are used to this? 😅 I guess I just don't see the hype from people telling me that this is the best tacos / burritos they've eaten.

Quantity wise, it's great though. Especially the quesadilla, if you finish it alone, get ready for a trip to the bathroom later. Lots of cheese, and quite oily. Though again, big portion.

Place wise, it's quite open. Came here in February, so the wind was quite chilly. Just be prepared depending on when you come.“

“The mistake that happened was the Sour Cream & Guacamole sould have been on the Pork Taco, not the Beef. But the Salsa on the Pork with the Pineapple - Phenomenal - I would totally order from here again!“

“The Cafe Rio food was amazing! It had been a little while since I had been to Café Rio, and I was having an impromptu party and my guests enjoy Mexican food. I ordered a taco platter, a pan of enchiladas, and kids quesadillas. The platter came with beans and rice, and I had salsa and guacamole on the side. I believe I ordered for 6 to 8 people, but there was plenty of food left over. And reruns the next day were just as tasty! I won’t let so much time pass by without getting to Café Rio again.“
