“Great place and first time here. The bartender was nice and attentive. We ate at the bar which was pleasant and didn't feel crowded or not attended to.
Jimmy, who is I assume a manager, was awesome. Towards the end of our meal he asked if we enjoyed everything or if needed anything additional. He packaged up our to go boxes as the portions are HUGE and treated us like we were at a 5 star restaurant.
For $80ish we had two 22 ounce IPA's and two great dishes that will provide lunch and dinner tomorrow. Enjoyed it and we will be back.“

“I decided to give Surf City Sandwich a try after hearing it was good and I was in the mood for a cheesesteak sandwich. I ordered my sandwich to go and was a bit shocked at how expensive it was. This is not a cheap place but they do give you a large sandwich and it comes with fresh chips. The sandwich had a lot of flavor but it was not to my taste and I didn’t care much for it. I felt like I was overcharged for an okay sandwich. The home made chips were very good.“

The cheese pizza was thin, cheesy and perfect, I would say this is my favorite cheese pizza in the state so far. “Locally owned and great food. Small place so right now only take out available, but they are so conscientious with the way they pack it, you feel like you're at the reataurant. “My favorite all you can eat sushi in the valley. Fair pricing, includes sashimi, nigiri, specialty rolls, a variety of hot food items like teriyaki chicken, fried rice, udon/soba, tempura, edamame, etc. Really a place to get sushi and it's always served fresh.“

Since he tries to stay away from potatoes, he substitutes the refried beans which are delicious. Melted cheese melted over top sets it off. The helpings are generous and we love the dips for the chips. This is one of my favorite breakfast places!“

“The Taco Spot in Chandler was the first place I ever had birria. When I heard they were opening up this location, which could be considered closer to my house maybe? I was kind of excited because I spent a lot of time in this area.

I am very fond of the birria ramen, and birria burrito. I love that they have cash app rewards, I got $5 off our dinner last night! 1 birria burrito usually lasts me two to three meals, and I am sitting here eating some for breakfast while I write this review. The food is always amazing, the consommé is very flavorful, and the people are usually pretty nice.

My only beef--pun intended--is that you have to pay for the consommé separately. I feel like if you're buying a birria burrito, the consommé should come with it. You can get a three taco combo with consommé, but no burrito combo. I think they sell the consommé separately because a lot of people get the birria ramen with tacos, and, of course, the birria ramen has consommé in it. But I'd appreciate a little combo that offers a better price for the burrito and consommé together.

All told though, this is my favorite play in the valley to get tacos and since they're now all over the valley, I know I can get tacos no matter what I'm doing. I'd really like to see a location in San Tan Village next!“

“Amazing Pho. Actually the best I have ever had in the 20 plus years I have been enjoying the Vietnamese noodle soup. The broth is flavorful and rich and all the fixings are fresh. It is also the most expensive bowl of pho I have ever purchased but the meat portions are generous. The P16 combination pho with all the meats in it is 23.95. I think the regular with just flank steak is 16.00 but I always get the combination Pho. 😋 Yum“
