Best bison burger I’ve ever had (and being allergic to beef, I’m an expert on the subject!) The creativity of the offered toppings is fun and mouth watering to even think about, best pretzel bun as well, and if you think you’ve had the best gelato in Italy, what Blu Burger carries will make you return here on nights you’re simply looking for dessert. The sides are homemade and generously portioned as well. Both the hostess and our server treated us like long lost friends, which in today’s culture is rare. They clearly value their customers. Our first time here, but we’ll be regulars now!“

“I’ve seen this cute place many times while walking in and out of the Holland Center and I’ve never had a solid opportunity to pay them a visit until today! I’m so glad I did and any time I see that they’re open from now on, I will be supporting them fully. Their chocolate bread loaf is absolutely PHENOMENAL, I can taste the craft and this is the kind of place you gotta keep around. Hot chocolate is also superb and the employee(s) were very kind and friendly and worked very hard to be prompt with fulfilling orders. Me and my brother HIGHLY RECOMMEND!“

“I can’t say enough about the Papa Murphy’s on Cave Creek and Tatum. Fast and fresh at a great price, and the owners are all about going above and beyond in customer service. I have never had anything short of an exceptional experience, even the kids they hire get it, and are excellent employees. We make our weekly visit every Tuesday for $10 pies.“

I only have 1 “critique” and it’s not even their fault- the option to add a boozy libation to the taco combo is not working on their website, caviar or DoorDash. But that’s a tech issue and not at all reflective of them because even when I called, I think his name was Justin- he tried so hard to help me. “I forgot how damn good JJ’s Deli is. My wife and I used to live in North Scottsdale and this place was a staple for us. Came back for a weekend visit and grabbed breakfast this morning. Order was ready before I even showed up, service was great, and the food was every bit as good as I remembered.

We’ve had great breakfast spots in both Los Angeles and Dallas, and JJ’s still holds its own with any of them. Just solid all around. One of the best breakfast spots I know and an easy recommendation.“

“Located a mile from the Four Seasons Scottsdale, there aren’t a lot of good options around Troon. SWAN delivers excellent and fresh sushi. Owned by a Japanese couple, they maintain excellent standards and prices are more than fair.

Full bar and Sapporo on draft for $7.

Nice outdoor terrace with plenty of heaters.

Overall, excellent sushi restaurant with other options including miso black cod, noodles and chicken.“

“We hadn’t been here for a while, and as with almost all other restaurants, the prices have increased fairly dramatically. They still have one basket of free chips and salsa and both were really good. We especially like the flour chips. We ordered the quesadilla Cobb salad and the nachos.

Both presentations were great and the nachos were huge. Way more than one person could eat. The Cobb salad was good, but maybe 1/4 of the bacon and chicken was chewy to inedible. The nachos had lots of chicken, cheese and refried beans and were very good. Diced tomatoes, diced jalapeños, sour cream, and guacamole were sprinkled on top.

The service was good and we recommend giving it a try.“
