“We ordered pick up last night and tried these guys out for the first time! OMG we will be back!!! Even with our food being taken back to the City of Maricopa, it all tasted incredible! I had the cheeseburger and got onion rings! It was delicious and a great portion that left me feeling full and happy! We will be back and try more of the menu but I see this as being one of our fave spots to get some good food! My Dad has Alzheimer's and the sliders were the perfect portion for him and he loved them!!! Maybe....just maybe....we can get a Dog Haus in Maricopa! Nudge, nudge, hint, hint, poke, poke!“

“When I try out a new place, I purposely order something not special, like a regular cheeseburger to see how the food really is. So I ordered a #11 turkey bacon tomato lettuce ranch. A sandwich that is typically bland, is fantastic at this place. An inch+ of thin sliced meat. Fresh lettuce and tomato. The bacon was meaty with perfect char, some of the best I've had in a long time. Forget about Subway and Jersey Mike's down the street. Go here,, a sandwich is 2 meals and the best around. 10/10“

The BEST THING that day was your greeter/person who took our name. Meredith was SO KIND. I had a sudden wave of exhaustion hit me. She immediately saw that I was struggling. “I recently visited Chaat House, and it was such a treat! If you're a fan of authentic street food flavors, this place is a must-visit. The ambiance is casual and lively, which adds to the whole street-food vibe.

I ordered the pani puri and the aloo tikki chaat. The pani puri was crisp and refreshing, with just the right amount of tangy and spicy flavors in the water—exactly like you'd find at a traditional chaat stand. The aloo tikki chaat was equally impressive, with a perfect balance of spice, chutneys, and fresh ingredients. Every bite brought back memories of street food back home.“

“This is adjoined by a Fairfield Inn. Both facilities are clean and well staffed. From the Front Desk to staff throughout the building all are professional and extremely courteous. Both Sam and Cassidy at the Bistro are bright personalities!! At time of check in to check out the staff wanted to be certain my experience was going well!“
