“First time consumer here and on Mother’s Day. I ordered the mimosa flight with chips and salsa. The server and the bartender were very kind and courteous. Downfall, it took a significant amount of time just to place an order for the drinks and then to receive the drinks. Received a glass of water but with the heat - the temperature of the water changed quickly. The server was kind enough to brink be a bigger glass with more ice and water. It was at least 100 outside - the misters were not turned on. That coupled with the time it took for me to receive the mimosa flights and the temperature of the mimosas- I will not be a return customer. **Update - when I arrived there were only 4 other patrons. And my food and drink order still took quite a long time. I had to ask for water glass. Then ask for glass with ice water. The bartender must be a novice - he had to keep looking at something while putting together the mimosa flight - the champagne should have been chilled and was not! Soo many issues now that I am thinking more on my encounter.“

After I posted this review The GM Joey responded (see below), I went in to meet him. WOW what a great guy, he gifted me a whiskey club membership. I was really happy with turnout and very glad the management is first class.

After years of being a loyal patron and recommending The White Rabbit to friends and family, I am sad to say we will not be returning.

My wife and I visited specifically to purchase three memberships for the new Whiskey Summer Camp. We arrived around 10:45 PM and noticed the doorman removing the red rope at the entrance. Since we had just finished dinner nearby, we stopped at the downstairs bar for two cocktails while we waited to speak with someone about the memberships.

When I looked through the curtain, the White Rabbit bar appeared to still be serving, so I approached to inquire about the purchase. Before I could even ask, a man I assumed to be security confronted me and asked if I had come from next door. I explained that I was only there to purchase the memberships and not to order drinks, but he refused to listen or allow me to complete the transaction.

It is incredibly disappointing to be turned away when attempting to spend money on a membership at a place I’ve supported for so long. Given this experience, we will be taking our business to other local speakeasies like The Trophy Room or The Ostrich instead.“

The server asked us how we liked our meal and we said even tho it was very tasty it was too spicy for my wife. She immediately said what else can I get for you. And suggested a grilled chicken breast and promptly got it for her. No extra charge. We appreciate that kind of service. Overall a great experience ! We are from out of town but would definitely go back next time in town .“

“This place was amazing. There was a wait but it's Sunday so we expected one, but it was a lot shorter than we anticipated. The service was fast, accurate and on point. Our server Tatianna greeted us right away, she was warm friendly and inviting along with being very knowledgeable about the menu, drink options and suggestions. She did an amazing job of making sure everything was right with all of our order including some options to go which were heavily modified. She made absolutely zero mistakes and we did not have to ask her or call her to our table for anything. We were totally allowed to focus on our dining experience. Good help is hard to find these days and great service can be even harder to find sometimes. Thats why Tatiana blew our socks off. She was completely on point the whole time from start to finish including getting us all wrapped up and ready to go. This was our first time here and we will definitely be back. The only thing we will change is we will ask for Tatiana specifically to ensure we have another amazing experience! Thanks again. Absolutely love this place.“

“Great place! Clean, lots of tables. Both times, I went around 1/2pm on a weekday and it was dead. Maybe 2 other tables being used. Bartender was really nice! I took my 11 year old daughter twice to teach her. It was great and she loved it. Kid friendly. 👍“

“Stopped in here after driving by and hearing the live music. 🎶 I was blown away when I walked inside! Definitely passes the vibe check. It was just passed 2 when we walked in so just missed brunch. I am vegetarian and there wasn’t much on the regular menu that I would order except for the appetizers such as cheese curds and pickles. The live music was great, the band did some country songs and country-style modern pop songs ✨ Great atmosphere for a group. Big open restaurant with amble seating and views of the stage.“

“I had an appointment in Gilbert and I was starving. I pulled into this plaza and saw Wild Ginger. I stopped in to do a take out order. I saw the pan fried noodles. ordered and swallowed the meal 😋. I added it to my Google maps to return so that I could dine in next time I was in the area. It took me several months to return but it was worth driving 32 miles to eat here along with some great friends. It's cozy and romantic and decor is nice. The servers need to be more friendly and engaging. I did like the consistency of the food from my first impression. We ordered pan fried noodles, Singapore noodles, pineapple fried rice and fried tofu for dessert. No disappointments.“
