Freddy’s Steakburgers never disappoints! The food is always hot, fresh, and full of flavor. Their steakburgers are some of the best around — juicy with those crispy edges, just the way they should be. The fries are perfectly seasoned and their frozen custard is the perfect way to end any meal.

What really made my visit stand out was the incredible service from Edwin. He went above and beyond to make sure our order was perfect and that we were completely satisfied. He was friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about providing a great experience. It’s rare to see that level of customer service these days, and Freddy’s is lucky to have him on the team!

“The Olineman is back and it is awesome. We started with the cheeseburger fries and double fried mozzarella sticks, then had the club sandwich, the southwest burger, and the famous Olineman and everything tasted great. Even with fight night and a big crowd we were seated fast, the service was amazing, and the bathrooms were clean.“

“Wow, it makes a difference when you make your burgers with steak instead of hamburger. My wife and I went here for the first time the other day. The cashier was extremely helpful explaining the options and making suggestions. You could tell that she actually liked the place, and it showed in the quality of their food. “The food was good. The service was ok but the communication on how and where to pick up my to go order was unclear. I know where the online /to go order area is but I was told it could be there or they would give it to me at the front counter. Plus when I arrived at the scheduled time on my confirmation it was not ready. I was told it would be five minutes which I understand but I had to ask repeatedly after five minutes because the information I was given was unclear. It would be better service to have your staff keep me posted rather than me having to ask. When I have to ask it feels like I am being impatient or am interrupting them.“

“Don’t bother trying to order and eat in. Over 40 minutes for two burgers one fry and one order of green beans. Order on DoorDash because that’s all they work on. Guess the rest of us aren’t hungry.
Update: may 2025 Habit Hamburger contacted me and we discussed the issues. The Habit offered replacements for our order and we just returned to the same restaurant and the service was 100% better this time. Will be trying them again as this is one of our favorite burger places. And the food was delicious as always.“

“I arrived here totally hungry I'm not going to deny it and when I arrived I expected the best service, and so it was. Despite all the people who were there, they served me quickly and efficiently, I thought they would take longer as in other places, but apparently I can say that here whoever you are they give you good treatment and also considering the quality of the food, nothing better than those waffles with chicken.“

“The employees were super friendly and all had a smile on their faces. I showed up late to meet family and grabbed a blizzard. I had a couple minutes wait time for my order and was able to join them. The seating inside is smaller and limited. I think I recall seeing some outside seating but it was cold when I visited.

Prices have definitely gone up. $6.29 for a small blizzard is expensive!! They did have a 10% military discount.

Parking: The parking lot is smaller and is shared with other businesses. I visited late one evening and was able to find parking. The parking lot is rather odd for design.

“We have been going to Texas Roadhouse next store for years. But for a long while we had to send it back, almost every visit. Usually raw and bland. So finally we had enough, and tried Applebee's.

We tried the back menu 2 meal specials. I was surprised. Been going only here now for the last few months. For over 1/3 less price.

1. Sirloin flavor and texture way better.
2. The side salad twice as big.
3. 2 sides not one. They all taste better as well.
4. Bonus. Their salmon has always been awesome. Better than Pita Jungle at the movie theater. And cheaper too.

Only thing Texas roadhouse had that I miss was the prime rib and rolls. But my wallet seems very happy now. I always leave this Applebee's feeling satisfied. Look on the back of the menu.“
