“Chandler location: never once had a bad experience there! We shared a pizza downstairs at the ostrich and it was delicious as usual. We had hoped to have the fig pizza on the late night menu, but the one we ordered was great too!“

“What a great restaurant! The food is awesome and the owners Connie and Ed are so friendly. We have eaten there several times. The meat balls are so good and the sauce is tasty. My husband walks our dog everyday and Connie always comes out and gives her a meatball and visits with us. I'm not sure who likes By the Bucket more US or our dog :) Either way we love it!!“

The lights in front of the TVs att he bar ruin almost any chance of watching them from the rest of dinning room. Would address that truly. Was there a Sunday evening and football was almost impossible to watch.“

“We were a party of 5. Ordered 2 pizzas Chicken Parm sub Large Calzone and MB Stromboli. Food was fresh and served hot (big pet peeve of mine). Grew up in the suburbs of NYC and have to tell ya the pizza was the best I have eaten in years in AZ. The servers made sure we had everything we needed and kept getting us soda refills. “We went to Brio last night, the food was excellent. We had a little issue with one of the meals and the waitress took care of it right away. She ended up bringing out a whole new dish taking off the dish from the bill as well as 20% off the rest of our menu items we ordered. They were very apologetic and friendly staff and very attentive. Also, their sourdough bread is to die for.“

“they say they will do double sauce, double sauce and they put NONE on my pizza. 👁️👁️ they had already remade my order, and forgot the shredded pepperoni, I said run it thru the oven with the shredded pep on they said they could not, and that they had to make a whole new pie. I had even asked 2 different cooks for double sauce before they made the 3rd, and they said they would! the fact it had zero sauce... disappointing, and a waste of time... possibly a joke. ha-ha. I won't be going here again. I've requested a refund. Jay was the manager on duty.“

“I recently went in to this restaurant on marketplace. It’s right off of the Santan village Parkway. Service with the front counter. Or front of the house is not so good. The problem I have is I come in and I want to look at the menu for just a few moments. But the girls be at the new girls or the girls that have been there a while. Don’t like the fact that I say just give me a minute. Let me look at the menu real quick. Cause I could never seem to find them after I tell them that I just need a minute to look at the menu. Because when they see me walking toward the counter, they wanna ride away asked me how can I help you? What do you want to order. But I don’t know. That’s why I need a moment to look at the menu. So it ends up happening is I have to order using the online app. Or I go through Chrome and just order it online. So I never ever speak to the girls at the front again after I told them I just need a minute to look at the menu. Every now and then there’s a brand new girl that is really helpful. But the girls that have been there a while are never around to help and when I ask him to give me a minute, they seem to get upset get mad cause I never see him again. I’d like to tell the manager, but I never see the manager. Every now and then I may see him if I make an order and he can’t find the girls that’s the only time I ever see the manager. But the food is good. I always order a pizza or I get the spaghetti, meatball garlic bread with cheese and the garden salad. I don’t know about the atmosphere cause I never stay. I’ve gone to multiple Barro’s locations. This one at the marketplace in Gilbert. Seems to be the only one that has this issue with the front of the house. I’ve gone to the one downtown Phoenix on Central & Virginia. I like the one in Indian band and Pima. The one in Tempe is really good. I’ve even gone to the one down in Casa grande. The other location I think is pretty good. Is the one on Greenway and 40th St. Oh I almost forgot about the location on 32nd St. and Indian school.“

“Ordered 3 large pizzas online for pickup at a specific time. Got to the store a little early and the pizzas were being prepared

Used two online coupons for 2 of the pizzas. Total for 3 large pizzas was around $50 which I thought was reasonable.

Marcos was my goto pizza in Austin and I'm happy they are expanding in metro Phoenix. Their pizzas are reminiscent of Shakeys in California.“

“Very nice restaurant with friendly staff and great variety of food options. Parking was extremely easy and ordering was fairly quick. Menu is pretty nicely setup and easy to understand. Staff is friendly and helpful. The setup is to walk in, order and your food is delivered to your table surprisingly quickly. Place is clean and very nicely setup with plenty of space between tables which is not very common these days. The food was very tasty and fresh. Definitely a place I will visit again.“
