“Did a mobile order for drive- thru pickup. Food was fresh and hot, but even better, was the hospitality, especially from a fast food joint. Our window guy and gal were super friendly and genuine. They apologized for the wait, (wasn't even that long), and she asked if we needed anything else, but like she cared. This isn't the first time we've had great service at this location. Several other locations are just as close, but we will always choose this one.“
“It's always clean inside. And to be honest, I don't eat McDonald's because they're not particularly good anymore. But at this one, I was walking by and took a chance. Burger was hot and sauced up! It was actually good. The fries still weren't up to par, but that's a total hit or miss at all McDonald's nowadays. The people working there are really nice, and I enjoy stopping in to get coffee when we're on our walks.

“When I entered the location there was staff attending to cleaning seats tables and the floor as well as the soda station, the order counter was spotless and while waiting for my food used the restroom and it was spotless with shined chrome, upon receiving my order the manager thanked me for my visit wished me a good day and said she looked forward to seeing me again. Between the comradery and kindness shown not only during this order but my last numerous orders this location on baseline and Gilbert has become one of my favorite fastfood locations to frequent and amongst the area locations I think has one of the best staff behaviors I've witnessed. I am very happy seeing not only my treatment hear actually being cared about but other patrons as well, I even witnessed them carrying a dine in order directly to a customer with mobility issues and it just showed me that for the staff attending here I don't think it's just a job for them I believe that they not only add to the community but have help build one in of themselves. Thank you guys for carrying.“
“This store reports that it is open 24 hours but it is only open from 5 AM to 11 PM. I have been here several times waiting until 5 AM for them to open so I have posted the hours from the McDonald's app to show that this location is not open 24 hours.“
“I mean, it's McDonald's . . . mostly here so my kid can play in a place that's not 120 degrees in direct sun. But they are nice here and they are even fine if you bring outside food!
Kid-friendliness: The play area is loud and could use more cleaning (Covid level cleaning would be nice) but the kids enjoy it.“
“I had an amazing experience at this McDonald's drive-thru! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the whole process so much more enjoyable. From the moment I pulled up at all three windows, they greeted me with a warm and genuine smile, and their upbeat attitude made my day. They were quick, efficient, and made sure my order was just right. Honestly, this was hands down the friendliest service I’ve ever encountered at a drive-thru.“
“Typical food for what you can expect at a McDonald’s but we really love this location because it has a toddler zone! It’s very easy to watch your kids from anywhere in the restaurant with tables right next to the play area. It has play equipment similar to SanTan Mall but it’s indoors so it’s especially nice in the warmer months when the kids want to play but are limited due to weather. We wish more McDonald’s had toddler zones!
Kid-friendliness: Very kid-friendly! It has a toddler zone so great for kids 3 and under. Older kids enjoy it too if there are others to play with.“

said the wrong password for free fry’s paid then I told them and refunded the fry’s money. Great service. It’s my to go McDonalds - Forever. P.s. just started eating McDonalds one of a life time segment eating rituals.
Other macdonalds have horrible attitudes and practices like valvista and university you have to buy another drink no refills and bad attitude. Wow Anyways there’s other but not as bad as Valvista and university eww I wouldn’t mind if that McDonalds went extinct I think we can all live without them.“
“Every time I go here , which is about every day for breakfast, everyone I speak with is very nice. It's rare, today my app wouldn't let me order breakfast even tho it was 10:20am so I went in and the lady there told me around 10am the app changes,although every location is different at times, and she didn't even hesitate , she said it's OK what did you want. I use the app because I get a breakfast sandwich for $2.00. I can't and refuse to pay such high prices unless I have to. I mention this because I have been denied at other Mc Donalds at like 10:20am. and certainly not given the app price if not ordered thru there, even when it's still breakfast hours. It's so rare, sadly, that this type of customer service is pretty much extinct. So thank you and keep the employees that make your Mc Donalds a welcoming good morning for me and others, I'm sure. 😊“
“A tall young handsome man by the name of Coulson who did me the nice favor of putting my fries in the bag after I asked politely and considering he’s training he is doing absolutely amazing with customers! I was truly blessed and will continue to come here for the food and this generous guy! He even offered me napkins and usually the workers forget about that. Bless his heart.“
“Best McDonald’s in the valley. I go through the drive thru for breakfast frequently.
