“Did a mobile order for drive- thru pickup. Food was fresh and hot, but even better, was the hospitality, especially from a fast food joint. Our window guy and gal were super friendly and genuine. They apologized for the wait, (wasn't even that long), and she asked if we needed anything else, but like she cared. This isn't the first time we've had great service at this location. Several other locations are just as close, but we will always choose this one.“
“Best McDonald’s in the valley. I go through the drive thru for breakfast frequently.
1. Always consistent
2. Always delicious
3. Drive thru moves quickly
4. Staff is always nice
5. Ice cream machine is never down!!

“This store reports that it is open 24 hours but it is only open from 5 AM to 11 PM. I have been here several times waiting until 5 AM for them to open so I have posted the hours from the McDonald's app to show that this location is not open 24 hours.“
“I mean, it's McDonald's . . . mostly here so my kid can play in a place that's not 120 degrees in direct sun. But they are nice here and they are even fine if you bring outside food!
Kid-friendliness: The play area is loud and could use more cleaning (Covid level cleaning would be nice) but the kids enjoy it.“
“When I entered the location there was staff attending to cleaning seats tables and the floor as well as the soda station, the order counter was spotless and while waiting for my food used the restroom and it was spotless with shined chrome, upon receiving my order the manager thanked me for my visit wished me a good day and said she looked forward to seeing me again. Between the comradery and kindness shown not only during this order but my last numerous orders this location on baseline and Gilbert has become one of my favorite fastfood locations to frequent and amongst the area locations I think has one of the best staff behaviors I've witnessed. I am very happy seeing not only my treatment hear actually being cared about but other patrons as well, I even witnessed them carrying a dine in order directly to a customer with mobility issues and it just showed me that for the staff attending here I don't think it's just a job for them I believe that they not only add to the community but have help build one in of themselves. Thank you guys for carrying.“
“A tall young handsome man by the name of Coulson who did me the nice favor of putting my fries in the bag after I asked politely and considering he’s training he is doing absolutely amazing with customers! I was truly blessed and will continue to come here for the food and this generous guy! He even offered me napkins and usually the workers forget about that. Bless his heart.“
“Stopped at this location last night to support the Finley Farms PTO. The manager, I didn’t catch her name, was fantastic!! I had a big order and she helped me carry the items to my car so I didn’t drop anything. I’ve always had great service at this McDonald’s, but last night was outstanding and honestly made my crappy day better. Thank you so much!!!“
“truly not every mcd is created equal. the manager at this mcd, nov 12 2025 noon, is truly on his game. the moment i order the staff is calling out the order to each other and i get it in 10 seconds. never seen that before in my life. guy is like playing overcooked in real life! this gotta be the most well run mcd in america.
edit: i wrote this glowing review and then read others, come to find everyone absolutely trashing this place. lol. i dont know man did i get lucky or they recently reformed? it's true the McChicken wasn't fresh but it's rarely ever fresh at any mcd so i didn't even think about that. it's sad mcd can't make a fresh one because the times i had it, it was insanely good. either way im keeping the review 5 stars for the insane speed. i actually ordered two separate times in one visit too so it wasn't a fluke.“
“The location is located on the side of a gas station so one of the smaller Mcdonald's. The drive-through wasn't too busy. I was serviced quickly which was nice, and the sodas are refreshing.
The thing though is their food was a bit lukewarm and fell flat.
Accessible parking and ramp store-front.“

said the wrong password for free fry’s paid then I told them and refunded the fry’s money. Great service. It’s my to go McDonalds - Forever. P.s. just started eating McDonalds one of a life time segment eating rituals.
Other macdonalds have horrible attitudes and practices like valvista and university you have to buy another drink no refills and bad attitude. Wow Anyways there’s other but not as bad as Valvista and university eww I wouldn’t mind if that McDonalds went extinct I think we can all live without them.“
“I went one day because I’m close and have fur babies as well I was disappointed the manager didn’t give pup cups. However I went again asked for my order to be packed a certain way Olga did great in addition I thought I’d ask again and we were blessed to get the manager PATTI who also loves fur babies and gave me two pup cups for my female Pug and my big boy I appreciate I found out to go when she is on shift. Thank you. 🙏 I forget the guys name at the first window great customer service.“
