“I submitted an order online and it didn't go through. The manager which I didn't catch her name, I'm sorry, she apologized have me a drink and they immediately made my order. She was very nice and apologetic. I've been to other wing stops and they aren't anywhere as nice as this one. I wasn't too upset, it wasn't their fault. I just really appreciated their ability to make it correct. Would definitely go back again. Thank you.“
