“Food quality has gone down hill. My salad had to be taken back, it looked more than a day old. The replacement was a little better but not by much. Ordered the mussels to start off which I ended up giving back. Grossly over cooked and the sauce they were in was not any sauce I've had there before. My Filet was cooked perfect! The lobster tail was good but don't think the clarified butter was the real deal. Baked potato had been rewarmed don't know how many times, you can tell a fresh baked, and mine was not. I've been to many a Red Lobster before and what I'm seeing and with other restaurants as well, is poorly made food yet the prices keep climbing. We the customers keep these restaurants open and we're being treated as if our taste buds have been taken away. And that we'll continue to accept bad food being served. Maybe if we stop going they'll get the message.”

“Black Agus which I considerate to be a mid- major Steakhouse or 3-star dining in same class as TX Roadhouse, Outback, Long horn etc. Is at the top of the tier, I am a vet who attended on Vets' day and the steak was amazing! especially considering the fact that this was the free Vet day steak served to hundreds of thousands of Vets they spared no expense it was cooked as requested and seasoned to perfection. My Wife and I enjoyed our night at Black Agus Cheers to you and all you do.”

I was pleasantly surprised that the brisket was pull apart tender, cut in proper thinner slices (not the 1 inch tough chunks like last time). The brisket had great bark and smoke flavor. I hope it stays this way so we can start going here regularly again. Thanks!

Old review:

Rudy's used to be our favorite place but the last three times we've eaten there it has been terrible. They are not cooking the Brisket properly any longer and it is inedible.

We go there for the brisket sandwich and the brisket is undercooked, flavorless, no bark, and as tough as shoe leather. We couldn't even bite through the brisket and it was like chewing rubber bands. You should be able to easily pull brisket apart but you actually can't pull this apart at all...requires a knife to saw through it. The last three visits have been the exact same and we've had to throw our dinner out.

Don't know how the other meats are as we go there for the brisket and green chili stew. We won't be back until they fire the pitmaster and get someone that knows how to cook brisket.”

“It was and usually is busy here. The wait time was to be 30-40 minutes, but, only had to wait about 10 minutes and it was Veterans Day, which they honor Veterans with a free meal. “Best Gluten-free pizza I’ve had! I’m from the Chicago area and was visiting my sister in AZ, so we had the opportunity to try “Old Chicago” last Friday evening. There was a 35 minute wait. Totally worth the wait! We were seated within the time frame designated. All the staff were friendly and Brandy and Patti were awesome servers! Very personable and attentive. Our table split a big chicken salad, then enjoyed the Tavern Thin Pizza and I had the GF pizza. It really was the best GF crust I’ve had. We did end up taking most of the pizza home to enjoy the next day. Food was great, as was the atmosphere. Very clean. It’s understandable why there is a crowd. Would love to come back here!”

My family & I visited your Goodyear Arizona Estrella Location after the Sounds Of Autism Non Profit 501c3 Organization Walk at Goodyear Ballpark on Saturday November. 4th between 1pm-245pm. We sat on the patio toward the back of the patio, my purple & black galaxy Nike backpack was forgotten there, in my chair. Inside was a tan wallet with a photo of my eldest son Niko on the front, inside that wallet is part of his ashes that had been made into a peace sign epoxy coin with the tag for his ashes from Avenida Funeral Home. My school work badge was on a key lanyard that says 'DEA' from the joint public task force with Goodyear, behind my badge is my son Niko's security badge. I tried calling the restaurant & was told to call back. When I called again, I was told someone had claimed the backpack. Please if anyone can help or may have turned it in, seen someone with it, a picture, or video. Remembers who claimed my backpack. My wallet had the last hard copy photos I have of my son Niko, including his work badge. I know this is a shot in the dark. Grief has been very difficult. This was my family the day of the event before we went to your location. Idk if your location has cameras or perhaps keeps track of lost & found or when someone claims lost itmes. Any assistance please.”

“First of all, service is a bit slow today, but the Birria Ramen was well worth the wait. With a Carajillo drink in my hand, I was chowing down on this delicious soup like no other. The noodles are tender, the beef cooked to perfection, and soup base delicious and flavorful.

This lunch was a belated birthday lunch with my mom, and hanging with my sister and her husband was fun. The only person missing was the love of my life (wife), but she was as busy as a bee at work.

You can never go wrong with any item on the menu. I highly recommend the ramen and tacos.

I recently visited, and I can confidently say: this place is a hidden gem. I ordered the carnitas burrito, and I’m not exaggerating when I say it was the best carnitas I’ve ever had in my life. Perfectly tender, flavorful, and cooked to absolute perfection. What elevated the experience even more was the sample of consomé served alongside as a dipping sauce — rich, savory, and packed with flavor. Their red and green salsas were both excellent, each with its own kick and depth that complemented the burrito beautifully. Carla, who served as both our server and cashier, was incredibly warm and welcoming. She made me feel like I was part of the family, adding a personal touch that made the whole experience even better. Though the seating is outdoors, they've thoughtfully set up awnings and portable coolers to keep things comfortable no matter the weather. They accept both cash and card, and English speakers are easily accommodated, which makes ordering a breeze for everyone. “I've been here a few times now. Overall, I don't love it but I do like it and will keep occasionally going. Costs decent money, sometimes have to wait for no obvious reason, and I don't know what the system is but EVERY time I've been there the staff seemed confused. The 1st couple times no one knew whether we were being served or not, the last couple times it took fewer people to determine whether we were being served or not. But the food is good (I say as a non-Italian), and they've been nice. The last 2 times I remember going I got a calzone which was fairly big and good and had a decent amount of filling and was not doughy and an eggplant parmesan that I wish had a less minuscule piece of eggplant (or 2) but tasted really good. My friend got the Valducci (I think it was) twice and one of those times O M G it was a garlic farm, it overpowered the smell of my food from across the table. It was actually befitting of the stereotypes of French people. When Sharpe said to let them get close and hold your fire until you can smell the garlic (at distance on a battlefield over the burnt powder smoke in the air) he meant something like that dish. WOOOO!”

The poor cold girl in the drive line with her tablet and mask (👏👏👏) at 7:45 am was so sweet, friendly and personable! I didn’t get her name but she had good lashes 😅 anyway, she greeted me so sincerely, recommended a drink based off my usual Starbucks order, knew how to build it and mentioned/suggested the app to me. I was in the food industry for 10 years and my husband is corporate (fast) food for nearly 15 years now and we are very picky when it comes to customer service. Recently we have been astounded with how horrible everything is any place we go. This visit was a breath or fresh air and this girl was perfection!!!! When 1 car away from the window I had a bit of a wait (though I didn’t mind) due to something with that car ahead of me, I don’t believe it was a Dutch issue. I could see the girl at the window smiling through her mask and being super friendly, it seemed as though she was chatting with a friend but I’m pretty sure it was ‘just a customer.’ When I rolled up she apologized for the wait, double checked my order and told me to “have a beautiful day” before I left. Also did not see her name but she too had great lashes 🤣 I must be PMS-ing but I literally started crying when texting my husband about how impressive and amazing this whole experience was 😂😍 I want to make sure those girls are rewarded or at least aware of the impact they are and can truly make on people and that Dutch knows what assets they have employed there. “If you love chicken tenders or the idea of chicken tenders, this is the place for you. The sauces are excellent. I always recommend dressing the chicken in the sauces and having extra sauce as a side to dip in.

I will say the later you come the more likely you are to wait unfortunately you do have some members that seem to like to hang out in the back more than the front but I guess it’s given for places like this.

Overall, I love this place. This is just an honest true review of one of my favorite places and will continue to come back. Hope you enjoy it too.”
