“I ordered via UberEats for pick up and was pleasantly surprised that it said my order would be done in 7-8 minutes (the time it took me to drive to pick up my order). When I arrived my two Thai teas (one with boba, one without) were ready and on the counter. The fried chicken took a little longer (and I presume that was because the workers wanted to make sure it wasn't cold). The decor in here is also so cute, but I'm not sure it really matches all that much. Seating is limited but this is def a place you might want to just take your items to-go. Pricing wise it was a bit more expensive than other boba shops in the valley - and I wish items were more customizable, but I was glad that the items were fresh. Be warned though, the Thai tea here is very very sweet.“
“Great donuts, sandwiches, and snacks. They offer a 10 percent veteran discount, but you must ask for it.Parking: Parking is limited, but I have never had any difficulty finding a place directly in front.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access. Drive-through is also available.“
“My husband and I went to try this place as it was close to our home. We ended up getting the horchata boba tea and an OG church. Boba was delicious and the food was just as good for the simple item we bought. Pricing is fair for the 3 items we bought; reg tea, large tea, and 1 churro, which came out to $28 after tip.“
“Creme Brulee coffee was AMAZING. Staff was very kind and genuinly appologizes if they make a product wrong and corrects the situation with grace going above and beyond. This place is decorated absolutely amazingly. I would love to sit here snacking and drinking tea longer however (and the reason i only gave 4 stars for atmosphere) the music selection is absolutely terrible. There were children in here and words being played very loud over a speaker that they probably shouldn't hear. I came to relax, have tea, and study but the constant "n" word, p***y, m'ther f'er and etc made me have to leave. If your music were as classy as your restaurant this would be my favorite place to come!“
“My husband and I went for the first time today. We were greeted as soon as we came in and were asked if we had ever been there before. I said no it’s our first time and so she proceeded to explain how the process works of choosing a tea and how we can ice or blend and even mix flavors. It’s a nice feeling when you walk in somewhere new and they help with explaining their product. We ended up choosing black tea milk boba with coconut and honey... We will definitely be returning due to great tea and customer service and AMAZING!!!!!!“
“One of the better Boba places in the west valley. Tastea kicked off my love of Wintermelon Milk Tea, since this is the one of the few places that sells it. Employees are always polite, they have a ton of options, and a handful of board games. It has a really nice, quiet atmosphere, but it's fairly small so seating can be limited if they're busy.“
“They're awesome! Absolutely delicious. We wanted great donuts while here visiting and missed out on Sedonuts because they close on Wednesdays which was the day we were there. Here in Phoenix I can just imagine these rival the best donuts in town! Can't go wrong.“
“Once bobazona opened, I saw it as a huge blessing because after a long hard day, the first place I go to is bobazona where I have amazing drinks custom to my tastes and where I now have become addicted to the bubble waffles and ghetto. The service there is amazing as well, I've had great conversations and made memories that i wont ever forget. The ambience there helps calm me down and relax after a stressful day and fully experience the wonder that is bobazona. I could not thank you enough for opening where you did and making my day easier.“
