“You the reader of this comment, you have no clue rn this place is sitting at 520 reviews and 4.5 stars as I leave this comment , I don't even want to tell you how good it is because you might walk in through those doors and disrespect this establishment with anything less than a 5 star review. If I ever show up and the lemon grass soup or longan mango combo is out for the day because this place blew up I'm coming for you. I need these things in my life or I'm highkey crashing out.“

“10/10 Fast Casual. 15$ for 2 enchaladas + toppings, a side of cornbread, and a drink. Solid value, I got spinach and mushroom enchaladas, one with red and one with green sauce. The jalapeno corn bread was the highlight.
My faith in fast casual is revived.“

“This is one of our fav local/hidden gems in phoenix since we moved in to the area. Literally, the only place to get an amazing Blended Horchata w/ oat milk too.
They have gluten free sandwiches and options. I'm happy they are so close. I wish they where open during the weekends.
The staff is also amazing and very nice.“

“food is always good services are top notch as I have travel around the usa amd live in this location this one seems to put to much butter as to the other places. I get same dish every time and this place only one i get stomach problems to use bathroom right away“

“My daughter & I went to Panera Bread for the first time today. What an awesome experience from an employee that worked the front counter! Her name is Mia and she knows what customer service is all about! The food was good but her customer service was excellent! She fully explained the menu options to us. BTW I've never met her or know her.“

“The Pho Bowls are fantastic I was able to get the Special Pho bowl. The service is a bit strange it's a mixture of self serve and having a server. If you're dining in you just sit down at a table and wait for a server, but if you're doing take out you'll just walk up to the back table and wait to have your order taken. Super friendly people and I will be coming back.“

“I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I selected do not won’t let me edit… went here today for my birthday lunch with my dad his wife and my family party of 5. We sat down and ordered drinks and egg rolls. 30 minutes later egg rolls came but no drinks. We ordered food when the egg rolls came. An hour later still no drinks and to top it off a couple who had just walked in got their food before we did. That was the last straw. We left and took our business elsewhere. No sorry no nothing. I will never return and I do not recommend. Thank you pt noodles for ruining by birthday lunch. Shame on you.“

“I had a great experience at Café Zupas. The food tasted fresh, the restaurant looked clean, and the atmosphere felt welcoming from the moment I walked in. The soups were hot, the sandwiches had good flavor, and the desserts were honestly one of the best parts of the visit. Everything came out fast and the quality stayed consistent the whole time.
The customer service stood out the most. America was kind and professional, and she made sure everything went smoothly. Deyanara was friendly and patient, and she made the experience better with her positive attitude. Jonathan, Khris, David, Damian, Kyle, Thaddeus, Hector, Gerardo, Yvanna, and Jackson all worked hard and treated customers with respect. You could tell the team communicated well and cared about keeping the restaurant running smoothly.
Overall, this was one of the better experiences I’ve had at a restaurant recently. The food, service, cleanliness, and teamwork were all excellent. I would definitely recommend Café Zupas to anyone looking for a good meal and a friendly environment.“
