“Stopped here just because we were hungry and saw it from the road. What a wonderful surprise!!! Great service, our waiter was phenomenal. The table side salsa person was delightful and oh by the way … the salsa and guacamole were delicious!!!! I had the best Pezole ever!!!! Let’s not talk about the prickly pear margarita….. it is beyond words. Am recommending Guadalajara’s to EVERYONE. Thank you for great food, great service and great atmosphere!“

“Let me tell y'all. I was wrong when I came into this restaurant today thinking it was just another Mexican restaurant. My parents are regulars here and it was my first time. They treated us like family. Servers was so respectful and vigilant. When I tell y'all, that food was SO GOOD, I mean it PASSIONATELY. I had the surf n' turf. BY FAR, best steak I've EVER had. I believe the gentleman cooking is the owner and you can tell he puts ALL the love in his food. He even came out and made me more shrimp cuz he said it looked like I didn't get enough. I ate my whole plate. I'm obsessed and I will be going here way more often.“
“Thanks to the staff at Dove Mountain especially Caleb for creating a perfect family dinner for us. We called after a long day and asked for a family dinner for 10. Caleb and his coworkers picked out a great menu on budget. We were delighted, everything tasted fresh and delicious and had so much food for all of us.
