“The service here was fantastic, very quick and nice workers. They had good recommendations and even made a point to check in with us to see if we needed anything even though it's not really a sit-down restaurant. I didn't love the burger, or the fries, but that is a personal opinion. The fries are too thin for me, but they were still tasty and there was absolutely nothing wrong with them. Overall good experience!“

“Smashburger has the best burgers (and INCREDIBLE beanburgers!), fries (sweet potato fries are fabulous! ) and I believe their ice tea is the best of any restaurant in the area. The service is fast and efficient and the staff is friendly and helpful. Your bathrooms have always been clean and well supplied. Needless to say, it's our favorite destination when we're out and about! Today is my grandson's 16th birthday, and Smashburger is where he picked for us to have his birthday lunch.❤“

“I’d like to start out by saying from beginning to end…service, ambiance drinks and food, not one think was bad. We stayed for a total of 4.5 hours and ordered drinks (many), appetizers (4), food (a few entrees) and shots. Hands down the most enjoyable food coma experience ever. Will be back to order other menu items just to see how good it all is. Alex, our waiter, that started out with us had exceptional customer service.“

Other than that, I can’t really say that it was an OUTSTANDING burger.

If you’ve never had them but you’ve had everyone else? Shake shack is way better in every way.

But, it was a great burger nonetheless.

“Honestly, we came here by accident thinking it was Tumi, but since we were already inside, we decided to give this place a try and I’m so glad we did. We were blown away by how delicious the food was.

My favorite dish is Cau Cau, and I’ve only ever had my grandma’s recipe. I decided to take a chance and order it here, and it absolutely blew my mind. The owner was incredibly friendly and even gave my son a free scoop of ice cream while he watched the cooks in the back “make fire” on the grill.

My son is autistic, and it’s usually very difficult to get him to eat red meat, but he didn’t hesitate at all with the meat in the lomo saltado, which is how we know he loved the food too.

They brought the food directly to our table, even though they could have simply called out the order from the counter. Instead, they took the time to walk it from behind the counter, through the kitchen, and over to our table. The service was outstanding, and the food was phenomenal. We will definitely be coming back.“

“There's a bunch of us that flooded Culvers Friday night. Damon was the cashier taking orders and he handled it like a pros pro. I used to work fast food back in the day and this guy has customer service I rarely see. Hats off to the man and the food was spot on good also.“

The two beef patties are juicy and perfectly seasoned, stacked with melted Monterey Jack cheese and those grilled onions that hit just right, all pressed between thick slices of Texas toast. On top of that, the service is always great friendly, quick, and consistent which just makes the whole experience even better.“

“We love going to Uncle Bears, but today's experience was far from great. We sat outside with our pup, placed orders for drinks and ice water for our furry baby. At least 15 minutes passed before our drinks were brought out, still nothing for our pup. My husband went inside to finally get some water for our pup. We continued to wait...no sign of a server. Finally, almost and hour after we sat down, our server returned to close our check. There was no question of anything else or food order, just our drinks...we had the intent of ordering some food, but decided not to because of the lack of service we had. We are very disappointed with this vist.“

“We love coming to this IHOP on Higley and Brown Rd. Maria and Eva are always such wonderful servers to our family and all of our kids. When we cannot make it into the restaurant, we usually order on UberEats or DoorDash.

One morning, when several of my kids’ friends were over, we placed a delivery order and a couple of items ended up missing. Here is where the above and beyond service began. I received an email from UberEats asking if the order was accurate, so I reported the issue. UberEats then told me there was nothing they could do about it.

I decided to call the restaurant directly, and the manager, Chris, immediately knew which order it was. He explained that he himself had notified UberEats that part of the order had been forgotten, but the driver refused to come back for it. In the past, other restaurants have simply told us to pick up the missing items if we wanted them.

Not Chris. He hand delivered the missing items to our home and even offered two complimentary entrees for the next time we visited. When we returned the following week, the team honored that promise without hesitation.

“The last time for me to eat in IHOP again I saw the server take jelly off of peoples plates that she cleaned off from the table and the ones that were on opened. She put them back with the rest of the jelly I ordered regular pancakes came out they came out with lemon, something and whip cream on them. I just like regular pancakes she said I thought you asked for that I didn’t ask for it but everything was cold service was crappy at all. It’s like a freak, so it is so never again I’m done with IHOP.“

“Me & my family eat out often, we go to Carl's Jr on County Club & McKellips. We go to Carl's Jr 2 or 3 times a week. We order the exact same thing everytime, and everytime we have gone there EVERYTHING HAS BEEN AMAZING, we order special burgers. We always get the food prepared correctly, it's hot & fresh. The customer service has always been amazing, everytimewe go there. Sergio is always so friendly, professional, he just a couple steps above the rest. “I love Whataburger and only get to have it when I travel since they don’t have any where I’m from. I must say that this locations was the absolute BEST I’ve ever been to. I special ordered my food which was a little confusing and it did come out wrong. The cashier wasn’t sure how to enter what I had modified...not a huge deal...but she and the cook (I’m gonna guess high school or college aged) went way above and beyond to not only get my order right but also added a free cookie. Maybe not a big deal to most but the way everyone took care of me was beyond compare. They were GREAT!“
