“Don't let this hole in the wall donut place fool yeah sure the interior is a little dated but the donuts, pastries, and everything they serve is fantastic. This family run business is our favorite family donut spot. The family is always friendly and helpful. The Cronuts, fritters, cake donuts, and buttermilk bars are some of the best I've had since my uncle closed his donut shop in Texas.“

“I happen to live two blocks from an absolute gold standard of doughnuts in Top Pot in Seattle, so it’s tough to match up with that. But I will give this place props for trying to bring lunch type foods to a donuts shop without being ridiculous. The shop was clean and well lit, but it’s not really a place you sit down, it’s for donuts. As for the donuts, I had a maple bar. It tasted fresh. It was very light. The dough was airy and fine, but didn’t have any of the chew I prefer. I finished it and it was almost like I hadn’t eaten anything. Maybe that just means I wanted more, let’s say that. I will say it was cheap! $1.72 for one is about half the price I pay for a maple bar in Seattle, so there’s that.
The guy at the counter was friendly. I got the impression he might be the owner.
If you visit Mesa for baseball in the spring, you won’t go wrong visiting here for donuts.“

“Worst location ever . The manger is so dumb it’s absolutely ridiculous. No diabetic people must ever order coffee . How hard is it to make a coffee and use Splenda instead of sugar??? He seriously can’t figure how to make iced coffee . Everytime I order he acts like I’m asking for for something odd he can’t figure out. And asks me questions like what do you mean no sugar , you don’t want sugar? Once he tried to convince me I didn’t want it sugar free. Today was the last straw I got up to the drive through he’s taking my order . Half way through he goes we’re busy you gotta wait 1 min then 10 mins go by we drive to the window. (The place was basically empty ) we get up to the widow give the order which he messes up and won’t fix wants an extra dollar to fix the mistake he made. I ordered correctly he put the order in wrong. Then he took the money and said again you gotta wait we’re swamped . I got a refund and went inside there was one car in the drive through behind me and 2 people inside the restaurant. It’s the same guy everytime . The Asian ladies ran this place so much better . This guy is rude . And the first barista I’ve ever met that that doesn’t know how to make coffee and has to ask the customer for directions.“

“We always go to Bosa Donuts because we love them, better than dunkin donuts and other new more complex sugary donut places that have come out. But this time especially was really nice. I was picking up a dozen donuts for my son's birthday since that what he wanted. As we were picking the worker noticed that he wanted donut holes but I told him we were only getting donuts. She threw in a couple free ones as a surprise for him. Then after that she found out it was his birthday she went back and got him a little sack of donut holes for his birthday for free. It was honestly not alot to get for free financially but my son was so happy all day because of it. What an observant and kind worker to make my kids so happy. It made the whole experience 10X better. Thanks Bosa Donuts employee I forgot to get your name!! Even without this experience we would always come back because this place is too delicious .“
